The property is absolutely stunning, with beautiful views of the backwaters. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Special mention for the manager for his hospitality. The food is delicious, and the chef is happy to accommodate dietary restrictions. The pool is perfect for relaxing and taking in the views. The boat is a great way to explore the backwaters.

Stayed here for a night with the family and it was quite the experience. Hidden gem 💎 Things I love: The property is just amazing. The highlight of the place is the view obviously and whoever designed this house has carefully designed it in such a way that the entrance builds up to that final view. Right from the narrow roads slowly leading to the property entrance then walking up to the lounge then the infinity pool to that picture perfect view. Breathtaking. The staff is really welcoming and amazing. We have small children and they surprised them with pool toys. I was not expecting that. It’s in all the small details that you feel taken care of and they did that wholeheartedly. They even gave us a fishing stick upon request and was a fun activity to do. You have to preorder lunch dinner, etc since they are catering specifically to you. So make sure you cover everything you will need. Food was great and don’t forget to order extra brownies because it was awesome and you will want more. Improvements suggested: I only say improvement because I loved the place but just few things to kick it up a notch. The bedding, pillows and pillow covers can use a touch of luxury to match with the rest of the experience. Also perhaps consider to add a more sturdy lock for the rooms.

Had gone there for a Bday party with our friends . The hospitality of the care taker was too bad . From the moment we entered the property, he started treating us very badly in-fact he even said he doesn't want guest like us . After paying huge amount for the whole property this is what we had to hear To the owner please make sure that the caretaker is replaced or given strict information on how you treat your guests . Disappointed !

Loved our stay. 976P is unique. A quick getaway from Kochi and you hit this beautiful stay right on the lake. Amazing food, above and beyond service, and a perfect escape for a fun time

Pros: - Good location - decent food - amazing pool Cons: - unfriendly staff - no living room ( of course they do have a dining table and a bar counter , but not a couch or anything like that where all can sit back and relax) - no full length mirror

In addition to the stunning location and excellent service, the food at 976 Panamgad was truly a highlight of our trip. The local dishes were delicious and bursting with flavor, and the presentation of each meal was impeccable. The variety of dishes on offer ensured that there was something for everyone. And beautiful place and that swimming pool and that sarounding of that place blessed with greenary this is too beautiful 😍❤️

Absolutely mesmerising experience with our stay. We just spend 1 night here occupying only 2 of the 4 rooms available and it was just a night to remember. All the things from the amenities, to the views to the service and the food were beyond exemplary. Robbie who was the manager was extremely cordial and attended to our every need. Definitely recommend for anyone looking to relax and unwind in a modern urban Kerala style but not wanting to go too far from the city.
