The place was clean and the caretaker maintained it clean throughout our stay. Very helpful and kind. Worth what you pay for. And an honest host. We paid using Gpay while checkout and it got stuck. Nightmare right? So we had to pay again. And he received the first payment after 2 days and he refunded it as soon as possible. There was a container where you could sit and just watch the endless sea. Now the cons are, 1) It's not a beach front villa. There is a brick wall in between the sea and the property. Since the sea is so close to the property it has to be there. But if you're looking for a place with beach access then this is not for you. 2) So we wanted to see the sea closely so we climbed the brick wall. And there are lot of crabs. So I would advise not to do that but if you decide to do it, make sure you have your shoes on. 3) Breakfast is not available but you can order.

Superb location near kochi beach. Superb ambience & aminities. No disturbance. Full privacy. Perfect for a 4 people stay. Good for family, friends gang etc. Both bedrooms are attached with ac. And ac is always a must in the summer, due to beach nearby its more hotter than other places. I recommend ac in the common area too. We spend most of the time in the common area when in hangouts & meetups, and that is still hotter from noon to ni8. The property has power backup facility bt that doesn't support ac. Care taker stays nearby & provides good service. Cleanliness & maintainence is perfect. The seawall built recently blocks wind from coming into the house. There is a container store room , which has a roof top with sea view. That's a perfect spot for chilling. Overall, the stay is perfectly well curated with all the facilities like kitchen, dining, living areas & 2 cozy bedrooms with king sized bed & attached bathrooms.

Great place to spend a weekend.Neat and ideal to enjoy the solitude of the green sea. Atop the container you have a scintillating view of the simmering waves,sea breeze topping off with the beautiful sunset.Waah what a Fantastic feel.

A calm place that gives us a homely atmosphere is how I would like to define this mesmerizing spot . The impeccable view of sunset gave me a whole new experience an undeniable point is the hygiene they keep. I really appreciate how joseph made all the necessary provision and answerd the calls even at night .I really hope to revisit this place

A brand new beach front place with a great privacy. Plenty of outdoor area too for a small family gather. Joseph and Peace are great hosts, very accommodating and helpful.

Sea front. Great ambience. Well laid rooms. Clean. cosy. Private. Spacious. Road side. Close to city, fort cochin and local food places.
