Villa Grace

Joseph was a perfect host who was there by us whenever we had a concern or required help. He was perfectly gracious from our check-in time to check-out. ||||Villa Grace is a very neat and clean home stay. This place is in a very quite lane and travellers can enjoy a very peaceful stay. Being in Fort Kochi area, all famous spots are easily accessible by local transport. For out city tours, Joseph could organize all types of taxis and had very relevant suggestions for tour itinerary.||||Villa Grace offers breakfast to suit both veg and non veg tastes. Seafood is plenty and available everywhere. However, pure vegans will have to struggle a little bit to find their choice food. But that is not a show stopper.||||Overall, we enjoyed our Kochi stay at Villa Grace and would recommend this home stay to all travellers planning to stay in Fort Kochi area.

New , shiny and clean. We loved it. ||stayed 3 nights in suite room which was very spacious and had a little balcony. Too small to sit on but perfect place to hang our laundry to dry. Interior was modern and minimalist. breakfast was great. Owner is very nice and helpful and easily accessible by phone when we needed more toilet paper in the evening. The location is in a quiet residential neighborhood easy 5 minute tuk tuk ride from the fort. Nice to stay away from the tourist chaos. Nice to have good AC and shower. Good restaurant in a hotel just a 3 block walk away.

I stayed at Villa Grace with a friend for 2 nights in late November and on my own for 3 nights in early December. My room on the ground floor was immaculate, modern, and spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable. The manager, Vinu (Joseph), and the cook, Jessy, were fantastic. The breakfasts were delicious, very fresh, and - at my request - gluten-free. The AC and fans worked very well. I felt safe both times I stayed here and was very grateful for their helpful assistance. My only suggestion is that guests are given a contact phone number in case staff are not present when the guest returns. I would definitely recommend this homestay and will stay here again if I return to the area.

Villa Grace has 6 rooms. They say it is a homestay but no family lives in the two houses. Expecially the deluxe douple room, where our 2 sons stayed, is good value for money. The homestay is clean and it was very relaxing to stay in the living room of the house. The people running the homestay are helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good.

This is our last destination on road trip and last moment booking with the help of trip adviser reviews . It's better then my expectation. Stayed here for 2 nights with my family we booked two rooms. New property very well maintained super clean place in the middle of fort Kochi, 25 mins walk from beach. they have good arrangements for breakfast. Care taker is also very helpful. Nice guest house and complete value for money.

What stands out about Villa Grace is the care and attention that they give to their clients. They really go out of their way to make you feel at home.Joesph, the owner, is a great guy and communicates well in English. He wants to make sure that you have a good time while in Cochin. The B and B serves a good breakfast and the room was very comfortable and clean. They have a common area which was very pleasant and inviting to sit and relax. It is centrally located for seeing the sites in Cochin. Wifi is available. You would be making a good choice if you decide to stay here.

Really enjoyed my week at Villa Grace. Accommodation spacious, comfortable & clean & host Sujith always friendly & helpful. Delicious breakfasts from Jessie! Although not in the 'tourist' part of Kochi all the main attractions are within easy walking distance. Hoping to return soon!

Thank you Joseph for a pleasant stay. A warm welcome.The whole place was neat, clean and tidy. Bedroom was plenty big enough and all the facilities were working and well kept.Only a one day stop but well located for the Fort Kochi area,Breakfast was great.Overall a great resting place and base for more exploration around town
