Sunshine Beach Villa Kuzhuppilly

Excellent budget friendly , sea facing location. The caretaker was very warm to us, helped us to get settled in.. The rooms and surroundings were very clean. Had good restaurants near by , which made the food hunting easy. Had all the facilities - Wifi, AC , Grill, TV , Fridge , Water filter which made the stay very comfortable and home-like.

We stayed there last two days. Rooms are oke. but the service provided by the caretaker was the worst experience we had. We were 6 girls with one baby which have just 4 months old and I am pregnant. When we reached there we contacted "syam", the caretaker of sun shine beach villa. When we entered the power went off. We depended on inverter they kept there. But when the power went off, the inverter started to show battery low with continuous beep sound and finally the inverter was not taking the load. It went off. We asked him for the help to repair it, because baby started to cry due to darkness and even I felt not safe to walk on floor due to wet tiles. But his response was " I cannot do anything, it is not his mistake, it will come after some time, it may god's plan and he told that if it is boys, he will shout them to leave. He cannot shout us to leave just because we are girls". We got triggered and told him that he has the duty to repair the inverter or arrange any room which have power support because we are only girls, feeling not safe and baby is with us and I am pregnant. But he started to behave rude and started to blame us for asking help. But we stand on our opinion and he bought one electrician. They told us everything ok and went. But that day 3 times current gone, baby feared and cried, I didn't feel safe to go washroom atleast and inverter was not working. Next day again he asked us: Is it required to bring electrician, he is waiting, if we need he will bring him. We told yes! We need help because we need inverter support at night when power cutoff. But he said ok . Then no response. No one came! Morning he came, but didn't come inside the gate atleast or didn't do any confession or didn't explain any reasons to not repair. He just walk infront of the gate to check whether we are leaving or not and went to beach. And beyond that we had to face gas leaking issue even though stove is off, gas finished during cooking, no lighter etc.

I had a really terrible experience from the caretaker Shyam. It's still horrific. So the stay is cheap, everything's nice, but the inverter went out😑 And we are of 6 girls and one 3 month old baby gang. One of our girl is 6 month pregnant. We reached the destination by 7 pm and shyam handovered the key. He was in a hurry. We entered and power went off. The inverter was not working. Baby started crying out of fear. We couldn't manage her and even I was literally shooken. Im a new mom, this is my first trip with my baby girl. And that too without family. And we were all girls. We called shyam and he came. He told us he was helpless and while we were describing our situation and asking for help, he suddenly behaved very rude, asked us to leave and told us he couldn't help. After long discussion he brought someone and after hours in darkness and this crying baby, they told us the problem was fixed. But upon my child promise, they didnt do anything and they didn't came for help. The power went off frequently the whole 2 days of stay. The whole place was totally fine. But this man's behaviour was totally a nightmare. And he spoiled my baby's first trip in life🥹

Woahh ... We didn't expect this .. the view from villa was awesome and Bedrooms and Party hall was awesome .. the staff was so humbled and friendly.. we can enjoy beach whenever we wants . Awsome

Had a great time staying here with friends. The place is well maintained and clean with all facilities for a comfortable stay. The villa is perfect, gives a cozy feeling, and your time there is accompanied with the mild rustling sound of beach waves and gentle cold winds, especially at night.

Perfect location for a family/ friends get-together . Opposite to beach. No restrictions. You will be able to see beach from villa itself. All facilities are there. My favourite part is roof top area from where we have a nice view to beach .

Been to this place with friends, nice homestay Actually you hsve the whole home for yourself. Home with a kitchen, dining, hall and two attached bedrooms. Rooms and the entire property was very neat and clean. AC was woking fine and the beach is right infront of this place. Just 30 mts walk. There is a house next to this place and they do have a small tea shop too. This property also has a shower outaide house build really to clean yourself when you come from beach. Over all the house is really good and well maintained. Also budget friendly too.
