Mary Land Homestay

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Maryland Homestay and it was truly an outstanding experience. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, making me feel right at home. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. One of the highlights is its fantastic location—just 1.2 km from Shankumukham Beach and a convenient 10-minute drive from the international airport. Plus, Lulu Mall is only a 15-minute drive away, given no traffic. The breakfast was delicious and homely, making each morning a delight. I highly recommend Maryland Homestay to anyone looking for a warm and inviting place to stay. I really enjoyed the place. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We loved staying here for 3 days before our 0340 flight from the nearby airport. The owner, Edwin organised transport for us at 0100. He and his lovely wife Ashley did everything they could to make our stay comfortable. We had a delicious Indian breakfast although there were other options. We used the refreshing plunge pool every day. Everything you need is supplied, kitchen equipment, washing machine, fridge, Tv and great air con. The beach is a very short walk. If you are looking for a home stay near the airport and beach this is the one.

Nice, spacious 3 floor building all to ourselves. A really nice living room, one master bedroom with a queen sized bed and a really good bathroom. Nice views from all windows. The upper floor was very ambient, with good lighting. The kitchen was sufficient. Both of the 2 bathrooms were good, better than hotels in some sense. TV in both bedroom. Friendly and kind landlords, tended to all our needs, AC wasn't working on master bedroom, fixed within hours of request. Would definetly stay here again.

The property manager, who is also the owner, is an expert in client management, ensuring a seamless stay for all guests. Whether you're planning a short stay with family or friends, I highly recommend this property for its calm and serene atmosphere. The added bonus is the ability to cook your own meals, which adds to the homely feel. The complimentary breakfast, included in the rental, is a great perk as well. We booked the homestay for a group of 12, and found it to be a great value for the money, especially when compared to similar amenities in 4-star hotels. If you're looking for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway, Mary Land Homestay is an excellent choice.

One of the best homestay experience. The host and his family were simply great and welcoming. The villa was clean , spacious and private. The villa facilities , sit outs , swings available would match upto 4 star hotels. Autos and cabs were easily available. Worth the money spent. Great for families.

Excellent stay for family; great location with close access to beach; Edwin was very flexible and accommodative to our requests; Edwins wife served us excellent breakfast. Will definitely visit again.
