This is a fantastic property right in the middle of the city. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the place itself is gorgeous and makes an impression the minute you open the door. Absolutely loved staying here. We were a group of around 15 people having a small post wedding party here. We had a fun time there, and had music playing through the night, although we kept the volume to an acceptable level. The rooftop is a beautiful party area too. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a good party venue closer to the city.

Yet another key highlight was the proximity of the stay to prime tourist spots. Right at the heart of the city and well by the main road, yet no disturbances of a city. We must also mention the host Sheeja, whose warmth and hospitality truly made our stay memorable. From offering helpful local tips to ensuring that every need was met, they went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Their genuine care and attention to detail truly set this homestay apart. Overall, I can't recommend this homestay enough for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in the heart of the city. Whether you're a someone in search of a long stay or a big family like ours stopping by for a function and visit, this hidden gem offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and charm. My family and I stayed at this gorgeous property this month before we transitioned to rooms at the Taj Green Cove Resort the day before my son’s wedding ceremony at that venue. I must say our experience was mind blowing! Very professional, friendly host Jeesha made us feel at home. She even gave us recommendations for various nearby services including a very good hair saloon that worked out just like we wanted it. The transition was super smooth. Financial dealings were seamless and the host’s flexibility for almost anything was commendable! The property itself had so many green spots all the way from the entrance to the terrace! Location was super convenient ins spite of the very little inconvenience of having to be careful for moving traffic, so not complaining one bit 😊🙏

I was looking for a house to rent for a week in Trivandrum to house the in laws of my daughter during her wedding. We all fell in love with the pictures of Ishaara prime villa on line and booked it. I communicated with the owner Sheeja with some questions during the booking and from her interactions I felt very comfortable and trusted her. To our pleasant surprise , the place was exactly like it was in pictures when we visited it. My daughter’s in laws had a very comfortable stay there and the owner Sheeja was available and helpful throughout. The rooms were well furnished and clean , bathrooms were well maintained with all essential things and the place was beautiful with lush greenery which Sheeja takes a lot of effort to maintain. The place was very close to some grocery stores for essentials and is close to restaurants for easy access. The villa also had a beautiful roof top garden where we hosted an after wedding family get together. Sheeja took personal attention to make the party a success and ordered everything for us from lights to chairs, tables and food. Also wanted to mention that Sheeja made arrangements for a great home welcome for my daughter after the wedding as we used Ishaara as the place for her to enter after the wedding. Overall it was a great experience and I would stay there again if I get a chance and also would recommend to anyone who wants a home stay in the heart of Trivandrum city. It is very close to the zoo and Napier museum and my daughter , her new husband and their cousins enjoyed visiting there as well. Thank you Sheeja for your sincerity and dedication inspite of being busy with a young family!

We were a family visiting from the US. We had a wonderful experience at Ishaara and with Mrs.Sheeja. The communication leading up to our renting the place was impeccable. She was always available and willing to assist in any way. The house itself is like something I haven’t seen in India; no detail has been spared in making this place special. The only regret I have is that I wasn’t able to use some of the amenities like the rooftop party space. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a spacious, upscale, convenient home in the city. Mrs.Sheeja’s hospitality is the icing on the cake.
