We had an amazing 4-day stay with Nikhil, and he truly went above and beyond to make us feel at home. From arranging autos to pick us up from the station to helping us rent a scooty, everything was taken care of. Nikhil even offered us a night in his premium villa with discounted rate, which was such a thoughtful gesture! He made us feel like part of his family, taking care of us like a big brother. The stay was not only comfortable but also very safe with nearby access to beach. If you’re considering staying with Nikhil, don’t think twice. He’s a true super host, and I can guarantee you won’t be disappointed. Highly recommended!!

The perfect place to stay if you're in Varkala. It felt like a home away from home, and the service they provide is fantastic. The property is managed by Mr. Nikhil, who is very polite and genuine, helping us out in many situations. They have several properties in Varkala.

I had a pleasant stay at Greengrassvilla.The room itself was spacious, clean and decorated with modern amenities.The staff were friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed.Overall, it was a good experience, and I’d recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

It is a great place to stay. The calm and the comfort it provided us was relieving. It is close to the main beach and there are many food joints within a km radius. We stayed here for 3 days and perhaps the best said an example for what a Home Stay is all about.. The host Nikhil was generous enough to check on us on a daily basis starting from suggesting places to visit in the town. I strongly recommend this place to each one of you who are looking for a place to stay that feels like home. Don’t doubt it. Just book it. You can thank me later. :)
