I recently stayed at this hotel and was disappointed. The property advertises 24/7 hot water on large display boards, but there was no hot water in the evenings or at night. When I asked staff for hot water they denied and did not help. There was no air condition and not even a fan in the room, which made it uncomfortable in warm weather. Basic amenities were lacking: I requested soap and shampoo more than twice and these requests were never fulfilled. The approach road to the hotel is very narrow and often congested, making parking difficult and inconvenient. Given the high rent, the quality of service and facilities felt poor value for money. The hotel also collects 100% of the room rent as advance at check-in. I do not recommend paying the full amount up front; pay partially and only settle the remainder after confirming the promised services and amenities are provided. Summary: • No hot water in evenings/nights despite advertising • Staff denied and did not resolve issues • No AC or fan in the room • Soap and shampoo not provided despite requests • Narrow, congested approach road; difficult parking • Poor value for the price • Collects 100% advance at check-in — avoid paying full amount up front Would not recommend this hotel unless these issues are fixed

This hotel offers a pleasant stay with several great features. One of the highlights is the complimentary campfire, which adds a warm and enjoyable experience to the evenings. The service is commendable, with staff(Aswin & Vignesh )ensuring a comfortable stay. Another advantage is the availability of hot water 24/7, which is convenient for guests. Additionally, the hotel's location near the KSRTC bus depot makes it easily accessible for travelers. Overall, it's a great choice for a comfortable and convenient stay.

We booked two rooms in the month of February, the room is clean and the service they offered was nice. But we reached around 9.30AM but we check in around 1.30PM as there were people that didn't check out in the right time, this is the only incident which felt disappointed but other than that everything was perfect. The location and the scenery were perfect.

Our group of 10 stayed there in February 2025. Although our check-in was delayed until around 1:30 PM instead of the scheduled 12 PM due to the previous guests' late checkout, the rooms and overall ambiance were quite good. The rooms do not have a fan or AC, but air conditioning may not be necessary given Munnar’s pleasant climate. Upon request, they can also arrange a campfire, adding to the experience. The property is located within Munnar’s main area, which is convenient but does not offer scenic views.

The overall experience is wonderful. this resort is unique but that alone is the most beautiful place in munnar . But the view on the garden mostly from the room .The staff are warm and cater to all our requests. Overall the stay will be a beautiful memory
