Eko Stay - Sea Breeze Villa

First of all, whoever has clicked the pictures of this property is brilliant. Very misleading pictures. Although the rooms and toilets are clean, the back of the property is littered with construction debris. The pool is small and unclean. The lawn is tiny. And don't believe them when they say it's a beachfront property because it is NOT. It's a good 5 minute walk to a rocky, black sand beach. We stay for 2 nights with my family and fur baby and regret paying 20k plus. Totally NOT WORTH the amount. All in all, disappointing

Worst place I have ever seen during my weekend outings. No chef/cook and running kitchen is available there we have to order just like you do Zomato swiggy at your home. Rooms were compact & washrooms were unhygienic. Pool was so small & there is no garden like thing . Do not believe in the photos shared by ekostay of this place, because they have invested well enough on hiring a good photographer. Even if it's a free stay i will not prefer going to this place. Staff was also least interested in our requirements and you have to serve yourself just like you do at your home.

Dismal property, very poorly managed. Had one of our worst travel experiences here. All pics of the villa put up by Eko Stay are misleading and in reality the property and specifically the pool is quite small. Basic amenities like decent ACs, toiletries, cooking ingredients, etc. were missing. Also the location is quite bad with no decent food options nearly. Please stay clear of this property and Eko Stay in general.

Worst accommodation experience ever They cheat customers by charging crazy prices during peak season offering extremely low quality accommodation Booked a sea breeze villa in Alibaug which they charged 1300+$ for two nights (dec surcharge) and the place was not clean, bedsheets were old, bathroom is old. Despite complaining they say it's ok if we get bad reviews, we can't refund, this is the quality and living in delusion of all customers are happy Definitely never booking with them again and advise anyone against thinking about their properties for their special vacation

No AC, unhygienic property, no towels and toiletries, no caretaker for assistance and salesperson is rude. Overall very bad experience
