Blue Moon Villa

They allow people to drink aside pool. Strictly Not for family trip. We went with assurance of pool but people were drinking and then it never got vacant for us to have a dip. Next day the lady said you should have come early Morning like 8. By 9 it was already occupied with other gang drinking. She charged us extra for extra hours. Simply didn't accept it's her mistake to confirm pool and not be able to give us. Pool is not chlorinated. Rooms are okay but no food facility. You have to go outside. Entrance is tricky. I wish I never go there ever and lady gets blacklisted.

Had a pleasant short stay at this place. Mr Shailesh Tandel has been very kind in receiving phone calls and arranging a stay for me as I needed it on short notice and urgently. Good location, near to the beach!

Worst experience, after booking room through their website and making an advance payment went there after getting confirmation e-mail. But after reaching there, they are saying booking is not confirmed and prices increased. They did not offer room or returned my advance, asking me to get it returned from elsewhere through some other customer service, its a cheating. Do not recommend this for anyone for this kind of service.

I wanted to give 3.5 or 4 star review but only because of the below reasons I would give (-3 stars) There is a lady who looks after everything Everything includes irritating guests, scolding them no privacy in the premises every now and then she has some or other problem. We stayed there for 1 night next day only for extra 4 hours this lady charged us 1600/- rs and 1 tea costs 25rs here She behaves as if she is giving 5-star services but genuinely worst stay till now I have been 10-12 times to Alibaugh bt this ws my worst experience ever literally we were so uncomfortable because of this lady. Bt the guy on the phone was so good with the assistance bt buddy if u r reading this feedback please change that lady or else you’ll face loses only because of her behaviour no guests will be coming back to ur property. Trust me I’m a hotelier I work for 5-star property and by side I do have my own hotel Bussiness please take this feedback seriously it’s ur starting stage either ask that lady to do her work only or change that lady.

Nice resort n clean n clear pool.We had got very tasty vegitarian meals.Both the owner are co operative. Beaches are just 10 minutes from resort. Wud like to come again.

Good experience.. neat and tide rooms .. swiming pool was clean and no time restrictions in low sound…. owner has freindly nature.. overall it was a good stay in Blue moon villa. Enjoyed a lot

The lady is mad. Beware of her. Keep this place as last option in world. She is intervening in everything thing. TV doesnot work. AC does not work. U cant go in pool if u have come from beach. Promised for Music n Bornfire , but refused to give any. Frankly , dont book this and all the other review posted here are from owner itself so dont believe them.

Good staff and owner behaviour is very good very well facility We enjoyed with family and friends also Swimming pool so nice If you go to Alibaug, then you should definitely stay in this hotel once time 👍👍👍👍
