Disappointing Experience Don’t be misled by the photos online—they don’t reflect the reality of this place. You can check the photos i posted The villa has three air-conditioned rooms, but the biggest issue we faced was bed bugs, which made our stay a nightmare. The service was poor and unresponsive. While the food was surprisingly tasty the location left much to be desired. The beach is about a 10-minute walk away, but it’s quite dirty and lacks any real charm. Overall, it felt like a complete waste of money.

Had a great time at this Villa! The place is clean, comfy, and has a chill vibe — perfect for a weekend escape with friends. The private pool was a big plus, and we loved just relaxing and hanging out. The staff was friendly and sorted whatever we needed. Would definitely go again!

Horrible Experience – Absolutely Not Recommended! We had a terrible and frustrating stay at Ekostay Alibag – Blue Door Villa and I feel it’s important to warn others before they waste their time and money here. We checked in at 1 PM, only to find the swimming pool in a filthy, unusable condition – the water was dirty, full of leaves and bugs, and clearly hadn’t been cleaned in days. After multiple complaints and back-and-forth, the staff finally started cleaning it, and it was usable only after 5:30 PM – half our day was already ruined. The worst part – bed bugs everywhere. Every room had visible bed bugs crawling on the mattresses, bedsheets, and pillows. It was absolutely disgusting and unhygienic. We couldn’t sleep the entire night. This is a serious health and sanitation issue and speaks volumes about the maintenance (or lack of it) of this property. The speaker, which was part of the package, took us over 4 hours of constant reminders to receive. The staff was unresponsive and seemed careless about our concerns. Overall, the villa is poorly maintained, the management is unprofessional, and basic hygiene is non-existent. The pictures online are highly misleading, and the actual experience was pathetic. Save yourself the stress, disappointment, and sleepless night – DO NOT book this villa unless you want to ruin your vacation.

Terrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs! Absolutely the worst stay we've ever had. The swimming pool was filthy and clearly not maintained. Even worse, the room was infested with bedbugs — completely unacceptable and disgusting. This place is a total waste of money. We demand a full refund. Nabil

Not a good place to stay. And very expensive as the place shown in the picture onsite. Not so friendly environment. The floor was sticky not so clean found cockroaches on table and floors. Sofa couch was smelly. The caretaker we found were a bit rude to us. We suggest you to change your policy. So that the customers can be satisfied by the facility provided by Ecostay blue door villa.

Beautiful villa, super clean and well-maintained. Great location, peaceful and relaxing. The host was very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend for a perfect getaway!

Bad bad experience! Its not at all what it looks like in the picture! Swimming pool lawn area or even rooms! Everything is different, literally had leakage in one of the room and bed was damp from one side due to the leakage, the sofa had some pungent smell and the cleaner cleaned the floors with good knows what it became sticky! The lady caretaker was also bit arrogant and the nashta she prepared was too salty! And charged alot also light was going every now and then had really bad experience!

Firstly , the the pictures of the villa what they have uploaded and what the villa actually looks like , the villa is literally half of size what’s shown in the pictures . When you enter you’re welcomed by the cockroaches specially in the kitchen the utenciles are used more by the cockroaches then the people paying for it . Half of the villa worked on the generator , if it stops working then half of lights and mjaorly the AC which they only have in their and the cooler stops working ( not at all recommended during the summers ) . Then they charge a certain amount for deposit which they’ll say that they’ll pay you back before you leave but then they’ll make you wait for an hour for your own money to receive. Specially keep this thing in mind when you’ll ask them for the deposit amount the care taker will try to act over smart and suddenly he’ll show you some plate broken (which was broken since when we didn’t know ) and will ask you to pay for it just to earn a little more . Then the pool is not cleaned at all !!!! The water is more dirty then it looks . The link of the main door is so safe that the care taker or any random person can just barge in and can enter the property which you have paid for . So a big NO due to safety reasons as well
