1. Convenient and peaceful location 2. No food available in villa on demand or near by. You may need to order out or carry food in 3. Very dirty villa showing signs of aging. Dirty bathrooms and stained bedsheets. Surrounding of Villa not maintained well. 4. Deepak as caretaker is quite polite 5. AC did not work in 1 room and batteries are not working in multiple remotes 6. The Hall is great to sit and chill. 7. We did not use the pool as it was cold but the pool was quite clean

Good ambience. Great place for friends as well as families. Our 3 day stay at the resort with 10 members was beyond expectations. Pool was large and clean. The caretakers were helpful. Yes, we look forward to coming back. Thanks so much to the team.

Worst place to visit and very unhygienic. It is not at all child friendly. Food is prepared from their centralized kitchen, which has very bad taste compared to other local vendors in alibag and it is delivered from 5-10 kms with the worst packaging. Please don't visit this villa unless you want to waste your money.

We loved our stay at this Villa. The staff were just amazing—so friendly and helpful. They made us feel so welcome. The food was very fresh and delicious, always plenty to eat. The villa was always tidy and clean. Requests were handled promptly and with a smile. We were a group of 7 people, and the staff were always helpful in looking after all our needs. Yes, we look forward to coming back. Thanks so much to the team.

The villa looks better than pictures!! Yes you heard it right. Host of the villa is super cool and helps in every situation. Food was amazing. Pool was very clean. Overall thumbs up for any group to go there and have fun!!

Great villa with all the facilities and feel like home. The caretaker were very hardworking and helpful. The great deal was the food made by them.. A very great, clean and peaceful place to visit.
