StayVista at EL Lodge | Private Villa with Pool in Lonavala

El lodge by stayvista is in a decent area but the property itself is not up to the mark as there are a number of issues. 1. The photos in airbnb are quite different to what the property actually looks like right now, need to update pics based on the current condition of the property. 2. ⁠No water pressure in any of the showers, it was too difficult to take a bath in the property. 3. ⁠The furniture provided next to the swimming pool is not in a very good condition. 4. The linens provided in the rooms look like we were travelling in a train. 5. Cleanliness was not up to the mark and mosquito repellents were empty. 6. The pool water was very old and dirty with visible algae along the edges. To fix this, they went overboard with chlorine, it was so much that our eyes were burning. Serious hygiene concerns. 7. We asked property managers multiple times to call or visit us but they were totally unresponsive. Food: 1. Worst experience wrt to the food provided in the property served by “stayvista”. It felt like the food was prepared in kerosene oil. 2. Everything was tasteless and of cheap quality. The paneer and chicken served by them was very bad. The high tea snacks provided were all cold and soggy. 3. The food prices are kept as if they are being served from a high quality restaurant with 18% gst, but food served looks like from a road side vendor. I DO NOT recommend anyone to have their food booked via "Stay Vista Foods" in Lonavala. The property and food was not worth the price. I don’t recommend anyone for this property.
