StayVista at Villa Verona | Premium Villa with Heated Pool in Lonavala

We were a group of 9. Excellent location close to the highway. The Security did make us wait 10 minutes for ID check but I suppose its for Security reasons. The Villa itself is tastefully done with a sophisticated feel. The location is inside the complex, a gated community where its very quiet and serene. Nice garden and lovely pool. We had kids and they went crazy swimming and playing in the garden. We ordered in and the caretaker was very attentive to our needs. Special mention of the Sky Light in the hall. Very charming. Would love to revist in the winter.

WORST STAY EVER – STAYVISTA IS A FRAUD IN THE NAME OF LUXURY I recently stayed for 2 nights at a StayVista Property Verona- Lonavala with my elderly parents and pet, and it turned out to be an absolute nightmare. This was one of the most disappointing travel experiences I’ve ever had. StayVista completely misleads me with false advertising. The property we were allotted was nothing like what was shown online — dingy, poorly maintained, and definitely not worth the price. It was far from the “luxury stay” they promised. Basic amenities were missing The property was not ready, despite clear instructions shared in advance Zero assistance was provided after the payment was made No follow-up or resolution, even after multiple complaints The online support team was ignorant, unhelpful, and unprofessional We felt cheated and helpless. Despite highlighting multiple service lapses, there was compensation, against the money i paid for the stay or accountability from their side. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind — do NOT book with StayVista. They lure you in with big promises and glossy pictures, but the ground reality is shockingly poor. StayVista is not just a disappointment — it’s a scam. Avoid them completely.

The only reason I am not giving this villa a four star is because of the following reasons 1] Though called pet friendly, this villa premises were heavily infested with ticks and both my pet dogs suffered very badly They let in couple of stray dog/s wander in the lawns - this you get to know AFTER paying for the booking, as house rules They charge INR 5000 as deposit for pets and charge INR 1200 for a pet but sadly, this was our worst ever experience at a “pet friendly villa” When the problem was immediately reported, we did not get ANY response from Stayvista and had to go out ourselves to get anti-tick medicines on our own (caretaker Sagar guided us to the chemist shops) You can watch my livestream narrating how badly my pets were affected and what all things I had to do on my YouTube Channel Subsequently the Customer Service Manager offered us INR 3000/- credit for a future stay within one year .. which we declined It does not cover even the medical expenses incurred 2] The exact address of this villa is not mentioned i.e. C37, Lokhandwala complex - so you do not find this location easily, There is no signboard outside with the name Verona and it is not shown on google maps The security at the entrance of the main gate is not at all cooperative 3] The Living Room does NOT have AC - you get to know this AFTER paying the booking amount However, for us the weather conditions were favorable so it did not matter much However, having said this, the staff allotted to us was very good, polite and sincere Chef Vishal, his assistant Namdeo cooked up some good meals as per our choice Caretaker Sagar is also very sincere and prompt So I would strongly recommend this place if you don’t have a pet and if the pest control is done properly, it would be an excellent spot for pet parents - as our pets enjoyed the lawns on the first day (when we were not aware of the tick problems in the lawn) There are quite a few things for entertainment like a swimming pool, chess board etc [Review edited post feedback from Stayvista Customer Relations Manager offering credit for future stay ]

Beautiful three bed villa with attached baths, a huge hall. I love the area , tranquil and serene. Very close to Della Adventure. Beautiful HEATED pool Super master bedroom with balcony PET friendly Lovely sit out, on both sides. Nice play areas too. Enough parking.

Excellent experince with swimming pool and the villa is well maintained and curated and friendly staff.....glass roof in living room gives natural light and is wonderful. Small things are taken care and plenty of indoor games are there. There is a TV too.

Excellent service by Mr.Sagar all the amenities were top notch and the stay was memorable for us. Swimming pool was excellent and very clean. Sagar made us stay completly awesome all the request he fullfilled without any issues.

It's a beautiful place to stay. Gone for one night stay but enjoyed the pool, the stay, the ambience. Rooms were large and spacious. Hot water for bathing. Well done up and clean beds. Loved it overall.

We had a wonderful time at the villa . This is a 5 star villa in the midst of nature .Great amenities and service. The two days spent at the villa surpassed our expectations.Highly recommend.
