Ekostay Ivana Villa

I would highly recommend never booking this place. Even after receiving a confirmed reservation, they informed me that the villa was not available, claiming that their website was not updated. When I raised this issue, they argued that it was beyond their control and refused to take responsibility. Additionally, Nidhi from their team was extremely rude and showed no willingness to assist or resolve the problem. Her unprofessional behaviour only added to the frustration. I sincerely hope this review reaches the owner of the villa so they can be aware of how their staff is misleading and scamming customers. This kind of service is unacceptable and tarnishes the reputation of the property. Also, I urge potential guests not to trust any positive reviews about this villa, as they may not be genuine or truthful. My experience was extremely disappointing, and I believe others should be cautious before making a booking here.
