Tranq Villas, Lonavala

I have been to this villa which is with pool with my frnds and kids around 13 ppl for 3 days and 2 nite i.e..from 2nd aug to 4th aug Firstly, The location is very near to highway and do which no swiggy or Zomato or blinkit were available. As it was raining heavily the place outside the villa was water logged and it was difficult to drive out from villa. Secondly, villa is not at all spacious and no cleaning inside or outside the villa. Parking space is available only for one car. Thirdly, villa was not at all maintain from inside. Water leakages inside the villa which made the flooring very slippery for kids. Water leakages from windows in room, lobby and so called Kitchen. Fourth, Bathroom was not clean there were use sanitary pad kept inside the bathroom, dustbin was not clean, bucket and mug was dirty, no hand wash or toilet paper which is basic necessary. No door mats was provided. Fifth, care taker was pathetic and food was extremely bad. It's compulsary to take one whole day meal which made us bond to eat those food. They are not ready to take any feedback and care taker was not able to manage the care taker and crowd. Also, it compulsory you guys check out by 11 or else care taker will not move from your door. It's not worth of money to visit this location.

We stayed in stoneby tranquil, property is totally different from photos , property is too old , it's not maintained but the cook and helper is too good, they made our trip good.cook food is awesome. There are many leakage in the ceilings.

It is unfortunate that the owners have not looked at overall satisfaction of the guests. Everything was excellent except the management of meals. We had about 8 + meals. Not one of the meals were sufficient. Once they go for more it would take couple of hours. If I were the owner of the excellent place - I would not settle for anything but replacing the food management team.

We spent on night for a office trip and I must say that it was an excellent experience. The location of the villa is quite close to my destination and I would suggest this to all my family and friends. As far the room it was excellently suprising and comfortable. And also the staff members were polit and helpful whenever needed. I would definitely recommend this villa to my friends and family those are planing for a trip😊 aur for a peaceful experience...

Location of villa is nice and rooms are ok but care taker always asking for money if we tried to get something from them. Service should be better.

It was a great experience staying at the Tranq villas. The entire team was experienced and took very good care of all of us. They were very helpful and very courteous. We had a great time here and would love to come back. All the best for the future.

First of all Tranq Villas have many properties/villas and the pictures in this Google Maps location shown are of different villas and not of one. We stayed at one of their villas in Gold Valley C2 and it was one of worst stays i have ever stayed. Bad bad experience. Don't stay with them if u have family, kids with you. There was no cleanliness, no hot water (it was switched off to save water and electricity as said by their caretaker), we bathed in cold water in heavy monsoon !! Bed linen were torn and dirty (have pictures), extra mattress/beds were wet (monsoon is every year !!)... The manager Pradeep calls continuously for balance payment without checking the villa before we check IN, his duty. Flush were broken, flooring had leakage in bedroom and main hall, fan was broken. We wasted so much time on explaining the issues on vacation. And instead of solving problems the manager was giving different reasons.. The cleaner of bungalow was looking underage too, didn't provided us his age proof. Hope they learn lessons and improve customer service !!

I had booked a 5BHK Tranq villa for our college reunion, we were meeting after 10 years :) Villa was booked for 25 members for 1 night stay. Stay Experience - This was a memorable stay, considering the large group everyone liked the villa. This 5BHK villa was very spacious and there was no issue in accommodating 25 members. The ambience was awesome as the villa has a big lawn, swimming pool, TT, Carrom, speakers and smart TV with internet. Food Experience - The menu and taste was good too, we enjoyed every meal served from first day check in lunch to next day check out breakfast. The overall experience was fantastic and the group enjoyed a lot as the ambience was awesome. Suggestion - The carrom board were quite old it would be good if they can get some new boards. Management Experience - Special Thanks to Mr. Arif Shaikh (villa management/ staff & cook) who were super polite and helpful from start to end and were available for any queries or requests thought out the stay. If you are booking Tranq Villas, please ask for Mr. Arif Shaikh, my personnel experience with Mr. Arif was very good, I am impressed with his hospitality, he personally gave me villa visits to shown different options for booking. Also he gave us the Menu in advanced and had cooked himself all the delicious meals for the group. A must visit villa and highly recommended.
