StayVista at Villa Monarch | Luxury Villa with Swimming Pool in Lonavala

Our stay at this Villa was okay but not the best.Villa is at good location. It has Swimming pool, nice garden around it. Rooms were clean and have extra bed. Staff were helpful. We are totally disappointed with food service as compared to the charges. Earlier they agreed to provide home chef but later food was served from some local hotel service. It was not upto the mark cost wise and quality wise.

Had an amazing stay at this villa! Services like Zomato and Blinkit are easily accessible, making it super convenient. The caretaker is warm and helpful, always ready to assist. All amenities are in excellent condition, and the smart TV is loaded with all major OTT subscriptions for a cozy movie night. The villa is spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed. The location is perfect, with a breathtaking view you can soak in from the gazebo, balcony, or the terrace. Ideal for a peaceful getaway with family or friends—would definitely visit again!

Dining Feedback & Concerns 1. Undercooked Non‑Veg Biryani The chicken in the non‑veg biryani was raw in the center. This not only compromised taste but also raised serious food safety concerns. Such lapses are unacceptable for a property of this caliber. 2. Low‑Quality Ice Cream The dessert surfaced was disappointing—an iced treat made with palm oil, delivering an off‑flavour and poor texture. It felt cheap and inconsistent with the premium pricing. 3. Absence of a Chef / Kitchen Staffing The villa rate clearly included dedicated chef services, but none were provided. We were left to order à la carte or rely on resort outlets, eroding the exclusive, private‑villa experience we expected. 4. Cheese Chilli Toast Substitution We requested a replacement for cheese chilli toast, but instead were offered masala pav—a completely different item. This indicates a lack of attention to guest preferences and kitchen error.

Wonderful experience! Amazing and thoughtful gesture by Mr Pradeep with welcome drinks, really impressed! Great service, well maintained. Everything well organised from Kitchen to Rooms to clean Pool. Indeed a Memorable experience!

Very good . Good for group of up to 12 nice staff and food options nearby . Not that far from the market and you get to see a good view from the property

Bad service. Stayed here for 2N/3D. AC's dont work properly. Too much power fluctuation and proper generator back up not available. Repeated complaints with the agent & owner of the property didnt heed any results. Not worth 1 star also.
