StayVista Casa Enchante

We booked Casa Enchante months in advance, only for the owner to cancel just two days before our trip because he decided to use the property for himself. This was completely unprofessional and caused us immense inconvenience. I would not recommend trusting this place.

One night stay away from the hustle bustle of the city...it's a good option. Food is excellent, however additional charges over and above the fixed amount of the property was a bit too heavy. Chef charges and material charges almost add up to an additional 13 to 15k which is over and above the charges quoted. So when you look at the wholesome expenses, the property can be maintained better. Would not rate as unpleasant but the experience in comparison to the charges do not warrant an excellent stay.

StayAway Casa Enchante! A experience completely opposite of the name. Sheer disappointment at the owners unprofessional behaviour. Stayvista did try to compensate but a day's time to choose a alternate property booked couple months ago doesn't suffice.

Our family vacation was an amazing experience at Casa Enchante. The facility is quite old and should be refurbished (furniture, Lawns and interiors like color etc). StayVista should consider these points to further heightened guest experience Although an old facility, the highlight of the place is the team standing there to make the stay fabulous. Be it food, caring for guests, prompt service and a Never say no attitude makes it special. Chef Santosh, Chef Madan, Ravi, Manas all are equally humble and goes extra mile to make the stay comforting. They made sure that whatever we needed, they make it available for us. Thanks alto the entire staff. Ms. Neha Mathur, who is the chief co-ordinator made sure that our stay was going well and kept checking for issues, if any. This just ensure that the response to any need is Swift and all of them ensured we had a great time till we left the facility Thanks everyone 🙏

It’s a wonderful experience in casa Enchante, specially the care take Mr Jahir and his team is very courteous and helpful, the food was also very nicely prepared with love and affection. I highly recommend to stay in this villa for groups and family. At the end special thanks to Mr Jahir for making our stay memorable.

We visited the place as a family and had a great time at there. The villa was extremely clean and well kept. The food was delicious. Staff was great and polite. Would recommend this place if you are looking a place around Lonavala.

Excellent property - well maintained. Amazing staff...very well staffed and very helpful staff. Thank you Jahirul Santosh Kamal and team for making our stay very comfortable and memorable.

Staff was very good and well behaved... But amenities could be better, all were not in working position.
