StayVista at Casa Ela 11 | Premium Holiday Home with Private Pool in Lonavala

It was a great family staycation at Casa Ela 11. Govind the caretaker did a very nice job in welcoming us and maintained the property well. Sham and Omkar were good chef and catered to all needs and made delicious food. Shankar did exceptional support in taking care of all entertainment needs like boardgames and music etc. We had senior citizens and a child along and it was a memorable stay.

This place casa ela10, casa ela 11 and stay vista is not trustworthy, I faced issues of cancellation one week prior to my arrival inspite of paying full payment three months in advance. Stay vista if this property was delisted you should have informed well In advance not one week prior to arrival , your replacement properties are not worth. Not recommended.

Rooms were very dirty when we checked in. Dirty toilet in one room and dead frog in the other. Sheets were smelly.

Horrible Experience. We had done booking 2 weeks in advance. However these guys have done cancellation at last minute without any prior intimation. Also no support received in arranging the alternative. 15 people are stranded in afternoon without any accommodation. Please avoid this property
