Deltin Villa - Eko Stay

The property is old and poorly maintained. The floors are extremely slippery, particularly during the monsoon season, making them hazardous. We were informed of the chef's unavailability just the night before our arrival, which negatively impacted our stay. Water leaked from the ceilings in all the bedrooms during rainfall. The bedding was dirty, and the furniture upholstery smelled bad. The kitchen had very limited crockery and utensils, and there were cockroaches running around. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this property.

We had a great stay at the well-maintained bungalow. However, we noticed that the tiles around the swimming pool are sharp and slippery. We suggest the owner replace them to prevent potential injuries. Overall, everything else was excellent.

Deltin villa stay with friends on weekend vacation was really nice , Room was clean great space for 15 people's , Enjoyed playing carrom board and Table tennis. View from villa terrace is nice you can see all villas nearby . From Lonavala station, Deltin villa was 4.4 kms away you will need a private car to reach there .

Overall service was good. Few amenities like table tennis and sofa condition (upstairs) to be improved. Enjoyed the stay overall.

Caretake Mr. Pawan and Shahid were helpful and supportive throughout. Made arrangements and ran errands according to our needs at times. Overall a pleasant stay.

Its good place to stay and swimming pool is also good. Care taker Pavan is very helpful and food was also good. Only thing need to change is the table tennis
