La Petite Maison

We had the best experience in our stay at this villa. The property is big & being surrounded by nature hence one will be tempted to take pleasant walks & lot of photographs around the property. The big balcony offers a perfect view & one shall aways hear singing birds during Sunrise & Sunset. Its a well maintained property with every inch of cleanliness. Some furniture were antique which your eyes cant avoid. It has a power back up, Wifi facility & decent lighting to engage with your laptops. The best part was the staff whom we addressed as "Kaka" who took care of our asks with a smile. Also one shall be tempted to appreciate mouth savoring food cooked by "Kaaki", each morsel felt as it was cooked with love. I highly recommend this property.

Great experience staying here, classic nostalgic colonial feel to the place that's built into the hillside, rooms are set in 2 different levels and each of the bedrooms have a different and eclectic feel and theme to it, the glass room is brilliant. It's got it's secrets and moods, Strong recommendation from our end.

Good experience overall but deducting one star due to three reasons, 1. We were forced to change the dates of our stay as the owner needed the villa for my booking dates. 2. Cockroaches were running in bathroom & kitchen. There was a dead cockroach in the hand towel provided (refer one of the images I have uploaded). 3. Poor finishing in glass room's bathroom. Dagdu mama (villa's caretaker) was polite & helpful. I was provided early check-in. There is a small general store 50m from the villa for any basic requirements. There are many books and few board games available at the villa which are not mentioned in the listing on Stayvista/MMT website.

Overall very good experience. Clean and tidy rooms, excellent furniture and decor. View is excellent. Cooks associated provide food with great taste... While the food management and communication can be improved. Overall good experience

We planned a trip to lonavala this time with my family and had one of the most memorable day that we can plan for. We booked a different villa all together but when we went to the exact location its was sad to see what we booked and then I contacted vista room, The host suggested me La Petite Mansion which was 10 min away from our actual location. We are so glad we booked this, it is such a beautiful property with so much greenery around and such a well kept ,beautiful villa it is. Vintage crafts and sculpture made it more appealing and the colour of rooms vibe the best it can. The caretaker were so helpful and arranged everything in such at short span was more appreciating. The breakfast and other meals were tasty and well served quantity. The host called us to check on us if we have settled and also took an update if we were going well with this place. I loved it,my family loved it and my pet enjoyed running in the lush green ground in evening while we sipping on your tea.

Hello. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at La Petite Maison Villa. We were very well assisted by Victoria ma'am - Stay Manager - before and throughout the stay. Really kind of her that she visited us during our stay there. Also, a big thanks to caretaker Dagdu ji and his family for making our stay memorable. They were kind, polite and helpful. The food was wonderful and homely. The quality and quantity was superb. All of us will really like to visit La Petite Maison and other such places in the future. Thank you once again. This villa is placed at a convenient location featuring rustic interiors. The staff is very helpful and attentive. All rooms were extremely clean and tidy. Food service was also great. There are numerous amenities. Outdoor seating areas are just amazing. Experienced a blissful time at this villa. It's recommended for family/friend groups.

It smells of dampness a lot, the way villa is designed, even if it's sunny outside, the rooms never get sun. I would have given 2 more starts had we not had the experience that we did. We paid around 50k for a 2 day stay in this 3bhk villa which by the way is situated in a beautiful location and has an amazing view. This villa is really old which is not the bad part, it's the fact that maintenance is so poor that one of railing decoration pieces( made of concrete) which was supposed to be tightly held by the iron in the railing fell off on mere touching leaving a big gap in the railing ( it was 1st floor which made it really dangerous) the representatives of Vista Rooms asked us to pay for it which didn't make sense to us, so after a long discussion the representatives were convinced of us not paying for the damages.
