The property is just Ok. Biggest USP is swimming pool but that is also not quite clean. They never use clorine for cleaning it. The service was very pethatic. caretaker tries to provide some but when when landlord don't care what he can do. even toileteraties were not available in the room. No clean towels. No music system as shown in pics.

Greystone villa is a luxurious 3 BHK property with a large infinity swimming pool overlooking the nature. There is ample seating on the terrace making it perfect for sundowners. The food here is delicious and home cooked. The rooms are aesthetically built with 2 rooms having a bathtub. Each room comes with its own balcony. This is located just 20 mins from Imagica theme park. So don't miss this place for your next staycay with friends and family. They have a huge lawn to play cricket or other outdoor games. You can also enjoy barbecue nights under the starry sky. A dip in the cool waters overlooking the lush green trees till the eyes can see & sipping on to my drink - this is what I call a staycay.

Upon arrival, we were greeted by a welcoming and attentive caretaker who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. His professionalism and willingness to assist greatly improved our overall impression of the property. From addressing our concerns to providing valuable local insights, the caretaker played a pivotal role in turning around our experience. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the food. The culinary offerings at Greystone Villa were not only delicious but also surpassed our expectations. The variety and quality of meals served were a testament to the chef's skill and commitment to providing a satisfying dining experience. However, while the caretaker and the food were commendable, there were some aspects that left room for improvement. The property itself, though charming, showed signs of wear and tear. A few maintenance issues were evident. Despite these drawbacks, the caring and responsive attitude of the caretaker and the delightful culinary experience managed to salvage our stay at Greystone Villa.

Nice property, very clean and well maintained property. The swimming was clean. The snooker table was not maintained well, though I understand it becomes difficult to keep it at its best as many people use it and not always the way it should be used. But good efforts.

Good place but the caretaker was not good enough in his service and I guess the main gate was open at night, and some of our footwears were damaged by stray dogs as well as some were missing.
