SaffronStays Chira - 5 Bedroom Villa in Khandala

The pictures on Google are very nice. But the place itself is nothing like what’s shown. All 5 rooms had the same dampness of towels and sheets and smelly pillows with oil stained sheets, the one night spent, they ran out off water ! DEFNITELY NOT worth the amount charged . The caretaker didn’t pay heed to the breakfast order which ended in us taking what they wanted us to eat. Too many cats and the entire night the prancing on the roof.

An amazing property by saffron stay (Chira) The pin point of the location is exact . The caretaker Mr. Sagar and his family would be there at the property. Very supportive people very good property for 3 to 4 family or 10 to 12 headcounts. I would definitely recommend someone to take a visit day and find a peace.

We had an amazing time at the Chira Villa by SaffronStays It has a luxurious feel yet homely environment The architecture of the villa is what sets it apart. The villa is build with the red brick stones which gives it a rustic charm. Location is also great and right on main road. It has a Spacious Verandah with big swimming pool and Gazebo and a lawn. Rooms are decent, well maintained. Also a big library in living room A must-visit if you're craving a luxe escape close to Pune/Mumbai. Highly recommended

The amenities were way below standard, no hand towels, damp bath towels, stained and smelly bed linen, no running water because the caretaker overlooked the filling of the tanks...in general a very disappointing experience definitely not worth repeating considering the price we paid.

Chira Villa by SaffronStays is an absolute treat. We really like the villa during our recent staycation. Located close to lonavala khandala main market. The property is well built and maintained. The space is beautifully crafted to give you a relaxed feel through out your stay. There is also a big library, swimming pool, verandah, lawn and living area. Also a separate dining area with table tennis table beside. Overall this is a great place to have a relaxed vacation with your friends and family

Amazing hosts. Beautiful property. Small kitchen available. Many indoor games. Small pool. Cozy rooms. Has all amenities. Carry mosquito repellant cream. Max 3 cars space to park.

The place is very average .. pictures are deceitful .. the toilets are not clean, pillow covers were smelly with oil so obviously not changed .. would never recommend !
