We booked the 5 bhk villa at rainforest and it was gorgeous and aesthetic family friendly property ,the staff was very friendly and 10/10 ambience, clean rooms and bathrooms worth every penny

Very very bad experience staff is very rude very bad service swimming pool is dirty kichen stuff is very bad commode damaged Extra Mattress dirty smelly no badsheet and price is too expensive very bad experience according price is not worth

Wifi not working. Electricity Gen set not working..3 hours and still clueless. Property is good but they are too slow and un professional. Wastage of money

As compared to the price it's not worth it !! Definitely if they are having a swimming pool in vilaa they should maintain cleanliness the most shocking thing I noticed was the tiles under water were broken ( 3 people got hurt), It's pathetic!! At least if you are representing a villa in a place like Lonavala you people should maintain basic things, The kitchen area was not clean I saw cockroaches & the thing that made me shocked was there are villa numbers like 1,2,3 each and every member who is staying in villa near you can clearly see what you are doing in hall ( the entrence room where tv , sofas are situated) . Was Ok!! Not had a very great experience.

For the location and property the cost is very high. Its very expensive. I did rather go to a resort that will have more outer space. Room size were good. Bed quality was average/poor in some rooms. We faced water outage in night and had to rung up care taker at 1 am. Pool was good but small for group of 12 people Food was good.(Noodles, Paneer and other sabzi,roti, dal) More spread and better breakfast options could have been better for the cost (1200) charge per person.
