SRV villa

Had come with my family but as we entered the entire house was smelling no housekeeping done before we could reach, no toiletries, curtains were a mess , fans were black n dirty. Moisture in the house was not cleaned. There was dust everywhere, the fridge and the kitchenette were not clean at all. After countinous calls the owner got things cleaned after our arrival. Very unhappy had to leave.

No toiletries were provided. The bedsheets were not clean they had stains over it. No towels were given even the toilet lid was broken. Water supply was cut of in the morning. Only the pool was nice and clean.

Had a lot of fun with my friends .The villa is clean and spacious with a great deep pool, fountain and the owners who stay right next to you are really great hospitable people who are just a single call away if any problem arises will surely visit again.

We had a wonderful experience at this Villa. The property is amazing, very hygienic and safe. Very well mannered staff and the best part it was a clean. One of the best new 3BHK villa in lonavla(tungarli).

One of the worst villa I’ve ever stayed in. Owner doesn’t know how to speak with guests. Washrooms were the worst, don’t go by photos. Total scam!

Owner is not helpful, a little arrogant when demanded basic amenities. Pool is great. Location is superb

Room is okk but there no Availability of Bathroom kit- Toothpaste,Towel, soap,Toilet tissue etc.
