StayVista at Casa Serenity | Holiday Home with Swimming Pool in Lonavala

Awful experience. The linens were dirty on arrival at 6PM and weren’t changed until few hours later. The TV wasn’t turning on and when we asked the caretaker to turn it on, he fidgeted with the TV for a minute quietly left without saying anything. Upon closer inspection, we saw a dent in the TV and realized it was broken. Water was served in used Bisleri bottles and tasted weird. Utensils used for cooking were heavily rusted. The worst homestay experience of my life.

Absolutely horrid as an experiende. The place was in no condition to host guests. The TV was broken, the linens and bedcovers were dirty, and the kitchen was disgusting with rust over most of the utensils. We couldn't stay the night and left at 2 AM in the morning because of the incredibly horribly experience. And the villa isnt cheap by any means with StayVista charging 24000 rs a night for this property.

Horrible place 0/10 please no one book this villa it has a non functional TV, dirty Jacuzzi that they charge extra for over the 25k villa price (which itself is too much for such a shitty place) all furniture is from 100 years ago, rusted utensils, dirty sheets, sofa is broken, could not even sleep there because of the terrible state of the place. Please save your money and book any other villa except Stay Vista B9 Casa Serenity.
