Palacio Premium Villa Lonavala

We booked for a family event of 30 people. The villa is really good, spacious and has a wonderful swimming pool. The garden and outer seating near the pool is a great place to chill out. The property has a good ambience for photos too 😊 The caretakers are very good & warm and were available for all the requests we made. Food was delicious and were made as per our requirements. Music is allowed inside and we had a great time. Rains even made the climate awesome and we had a great time 😊 Must place to visit.👍🏻

Had been there last week — an amazing villa to stay in and a very well-maintained property! I’ve been here for the 5th time, and this time we celebrated a Diwali party with the family. The kids really enjoyed the pool and garden area — it’s a safe and beautiful place to relax. I was surprised to see a few negative reviews, as my experience has always been excellent. I even visited with my 3-year-old baby, and she had a wonderful time. The entire team at Palacio was very supportive and ensured everything was just perfect. Thank you, Team Palacio, for hosting us and making our party truly memorable!

Very cheap quality owner and care taker. Zero hospitality and rude conversation with us. Kitchen was full of cockroaches and villa is not maintained in terms of hygiene. Lights were off and AC was not switched on after requesting multiple times. AC cooling was just pathetic and due to cost saving AC was not in good condition. Almost all the time AC was releasing very harmful gases. All Light switches were faulty which can cost you for new charger. While walking in villa you will face many chiped tiles which will hurt leg. Bathroom and toilets were leaking and there are many fungus which will cause you severe infection. Beds are dismantled and mattress are just worst. We suffered with allergy due to improper maintainance in swimming pool. Tiles are chipped off in swimming pool also which hurt most. All televisions are off. Garden is not maintained properly. Sports equipments are faulty. Snooker pool table is just for show purpose without proper stick and snooker ball just gets slide in any direction due to lack of quality. Fire extinguishers are expired which can cost your life if switches gets short circuit. No hand wash / body wash / hair wash basic accessories in bathroom. Jacuzzi ceramic is broken. No hot water provision due to maintenance cost cutting agenda. Still many more issues. Overall just don’t plan to stay in this property for avoiding ruining priceless outing. Thank you

Me and my family stayed at Lonavala Palacio Premium Villa, and it truly felt like living in a palace! The property is absolutely stunning — a grand villa with a huge swimming pool, a beautifully landscaped garden, and a serene water body flowing along the side, adding to the charm. The caretaker and the chef were outstanding — very polite, attentive, and always ready to help. The food was delicious, and the caretaker even assisted us late at night around 2 AM without hesitation. Overall, it was a wonderful experience — luxurious, peaceful, and filled with warmth. A must-visit property for anyone looking for a memorable stay in lonavala

Excellent ambience amazing property and place. We visited with our 3 year old daughter and were overly joyed with the experience. The pool was very clean and well kept were had a amazing time.The rooms were hygienic and nicely kept. My daughter enjoyed in the bathtub,pool and the garden were we put up a small travel tent. Food was delicious 😋. The overall hospitality was above expectations. Will always recommend this place any day.

We had a wonderful weekend stay with the family. The place was amazing, very well maintained, and had a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The food was delicious, and we especially enjoyed the amazing tea. There were plenty of recreational activities to keep everyone engaged, and the swimming pools were clean and well looked after. The caretakers took excellent care of us and made our stay truly comfortable. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and we would love to visit again.

Nothing could be more disappointing than what we experienced. At first, we were literally invited by a 6 foot snake at the pool, and the caretaker tried to brush it off saying it is "not poisonous", then we had company of 10-15 frogs in the swimming pool with us, caretaker said he will not open the gates of balconies to prevent monkeys from entering & we can't blast a confetti bomb to celebrate. We were promised very differently by the agent who booked for us, and then the owner literally on the call said that "you have not bought the place for 60k, you'll not do this and that". If you want to enjoy the stay with your friends, you can book any other place than this one.

Very disappointing – not as shown or promised Don’t be fooled by the photos – the place looks good only in pictures. In reality, the rooms are in bad condition, full of insects, and overall not well maintained. We were told music was allowed, but once we arrived, they said no music at all. So much of the information we were given before booking turned out to be false. The caretaker and owner were arrogant and completely uncooperative. They didn’t help us with anything and made the stay uncomfortable. Would not recommend this place if you’re planning to enjoy or relax – definitely not worth the hype.
