Rooms were very dusty curtains Toilets were not clean with leakage in english comode. No bathroom toilet in 5th bedroom at top. Late lunch arrangement. Swimming pool very small. Cleaning of dinning table not done at every interval. Cut material for food kept open. Size of location appears bigger in the photos than the actual. Overall bad experience in quality food.

Naag Villa in Lonavala is an exceptional retreat! This was my first visit with friends, and it exceeded all expectations. The villa is located in a prime, easily accessible spot and is beautifully maintained with great attention to detail. The staff are courteous, well-trained, and made us feel completely at home. A special mention goes to Gaurav Naag, an amazing host who ensured every aspect of our stay was flawless. The food was a highlight—wholesome, delicious, and prepared with care. Naag Villa provided us with the perfect blend of relaxation and fun, and I can’t wait to visit again!

Nag villa is a very beautiful place to stay. Easily accessible. The food was too tasty. Caterers Shaila and team were excellent. Caretaker Vitthal Lanke was very cooperative and helpful. Well maintained bunglow and well trained staff. Superb place to visit with Family and friends. Highly appreciated and recommended.
