Casa Majestic Villa Lonavala

A great property, recently renovated and hence has a fresh feel. It is spacious and perfect for a group of 8-10 people (they also provided extra mattresses). The pool and front yard is a huge plus. They also have a portable speaker, well-equipped kitchen and parking space for two cars. They provide BBQ facilities too. The caretaker Bunty stays on the property and is available around the clock with anything you need. They just need to look into improving some elements - for example, not all the geysers were working properly. Also, the utensils in the kitchen must be kept dust-free. But I attribute this to initial stages, and hopefully they’ll fix this in time. All in all definitely recommend to any perspective visitors.

I am Nilesh and I stayed in this property on 08/04/2024 with family. It’s has nice garden and swimming pool, best property to relaxation. We had seen some bad review someone try to put bad reviews intentionally. Who is a fake person trying to ruin online ratings so ignore bad reviews and experience the property. We recommend this property to others owner and care taker is very genuine.

Nice location & beautiful surrounding. Most friendly and helpful staff ever. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. Room was clean, well equipped & comfortable with excellent service. We are pleased with the visit & wish to come back for a longer stay.

Zero Privacy !!! The care taker just walks in anytime in the villa. Even comes knocking to the rooms. He shares the same kitchen for his personal usage. He along his wife was in the house from 9 am in the kitchen and started playing his choice of songs on the TV. He wanted us to vacate the rooms at 10 am even after confirming the checkout time will be 12 noon. Horrible experience he ruined our stay. If you are looking for any privacy or if a couple please avoid this place.

Regrettably, our experience with this villa owner's business practices fell far short of our expectations. Despite diligently booking and making advance payments a month prior to our planned stay, we encountered a situation where the villa was double-booked, leading to the last-minute cancellation of our reservation. When we approached the owner with our concerns, the encounter turned unpleasant as he displayed rudeness and an unwillingness to address the situation fairly. To our dismay, our advance payment was not refunded, and the owner's dismissive attitude further heightened our frustration. The unfortunate outcome significantly impacted our trip, causing considerable inconvenience. Based on our encounter with the owner, Ibrar Hussain, we find it necessary to caution others about the unreliability and untrustworthiness of this establishment—regrettably, we cannot recommend it to anyone.

Every thing was perfect there - pool, rooms, villa, garden, mainhall , having 2 balconies attached to rooms , caretaker bunty bhaiya was really sweet . BBQ grills and speaker are also available. Nice stay to chill and relax
