We have visited the property in monsoon season so couldn’t explore everything and were mostly in the lounge area. It has a good terrace and would be fun with bonfire in winters. It requires some maintenance as some roof or some rooms were leaking, could be due to heavy rains. Staff was courteous and food was decent. We took standard package. Parking is outside the villa in open but less than moderate traffic so not a big issue. Decent swimming pool. However, No indoor games not enough space for any outdoor games. No music system. Overall, my experience is that it’s good for small families and couples who are looking for relaxing and me time. Host has been very friendly and informative. He has been transparent about what he can offer and what he can’t.

1. Rooms are not maintained not in good condition so given 1 star when u see property from out shows good but when you see rooms is total leakage issue. 2. Service- Pathetic customer service and support given. Food package order was given of 13 ppl and food what received is for 8 ppl max. Care take are not answerable to anything. Nor even a water of jug is supplied in rooms by care taker. 3. Location - is too inside and roads reaching bunglow is not at all in good condition. Additional to all this whole night we had to face lights cut off issue as their was no generator in Bunglow or it doesn’t work like other issues Overall worst experience with this property was not at all good. It’s just that pictures showed to you are old and beautified to attract customers. Pls do not visit and waste your precious money l.

This place use to be my favourite property for a weekend getaway. But my opinion has drastically changed after my last visit. They have a beautiful location and can be a great place for your getaways if maintained properly. Extremely disappointed with the condition of the villa. Absolutely not worth the price we paid. Water leaking in the master bedrooms. Beds cracking. Looks like a cheap motel room. The tap in the bathtub don’t work. Gysers are horrible. No heating no matter how long you keep them on for. I have been here few years ago for multiple times. This time was a bad bad bad experience. Whats the point of having bath tubs without hot water or even water at all. Bathrooms lock themselves. Staff is very hard working but the condition of the villa is extremely poor. Not at all worth the money. And horrible beds had to wake up so many times because of the sound they make. Horribly loud. The owner really needs to maintain the property. Excellent staff and service. They work really hard to make your experience good. 2 stars are only and only for the staff.

Not a good place to stay. The property is not mantained at all, not even 1 door lock is working of any rooms plus the caretaker robbed 23k and when we reached out to the owner he didn’t extend any support to us, when we informed him that we called the police, he told his care taker to run away. We eventually recovered the money from the care taker. The villa is located in a very aloof lane and there is a lot of power cut in the area and they don’t have any alternative for it. People please avoid booking this property.

Superb location and a great property to stay in , just need a bit of sprucing up.little bad at maintenance. Food is quite ok as it's sourced from a external vendor otherwise great experience and a good place for a large family

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this enchanting Hill casa dios resort. From the moment we arrived, we were swept away by the tranquility and beauty of the surroundings. The food and the Hospitality was really good. The swimming poolwas quite huge and it's good Option for Holiday Fun.

Bungalow isn’t properly maintained. The kitchen was kept in the most unhygienic way. The food quality cooked was incredible basic and we had to order the three meals from out. The pool was okayish, it wasn’t clean at all, and the tiles were broken and it was incident away from someone being hurt There were cockroaches on one of the beds. The bungalow is huge, but it’s poorly maintained. And would not recommend this ever, and would not go again, unless it’s revamped and the service is better.
