Absolutely Disappointed—Unhygienic Property & No Refund Support We booked Ananya Holidays Villa 3BHK Private for Friday, 11th July. Upon arriving around 2:15 PM, the property was still being cleaned—clearly not ready for guests. We waited while they changed the bedding, but the linens were visibly worn out, covered with rough cotton lint from overwashing. The overall condition of the property was far from acceptable. The house wasn’t even painted—just primer on the walls. The living room sofa had dog hair, there were burn marks on the wall and table, and the wooden structures in the bedroom were unfinished—no laminate, just exposed plywood. To top it all off, we found spiderwebsinside the bed’s design. It was unclean, unhygienic, and certainly not worth the price or even a short stay. We told the property staff we couldn’t stay in such conditions. While they initially resisted, they eventually agreed to let us go and assured us that they would approve a refund via MakeMyTrip. We raised the refund request on the spot, and the property manager gave a call approval. But now, it's been 10 days (today is the 21st), and we’ve received no communication or refund. Worse, the property person has blocked my number and is not answering calls from other numbers either. Avoid this place at all costs. The photos are misleading, and the service is extremely unprofessional. We feel cheated and let down, both by the host and the lack of follow-up on the refund.

Perfect Stay Vacation for having an amazing vacations or mini-vacations with friends and family with private swimming pool....very spacious and clean rooms with complete hygiene. Food is also Very Tasty and also with wide variety of dishes in veg/non veg both. Nitest - the care taker is very friendly and he personally looks into everything whenever needed and asked. must visit location for perfect weekend and good time.

My stay at Ananya Holidays Villa was absolutely exceptional. From the moment we arrived, everything was thoughtfully curated—spacious 3 BHK layout, pristine interiors, and a serene, private ambience that felt like a home away from home. Extremely Disappointing Stay – Poor Hygiene, Misleading Listing, No Refund We booked Ananya Holidays Villa 3BHK Private for a weekend getaway on 11th July, but the experience was nothing like what was promised. We arrived around 2:15 PM, only to find that the cleaning was still going on. That should’ve been our first red flag. While walking around, we noticed several serious issues: The bedding was worn out, with fuzzy cotton residue — clearly overused. The walls were not even painted, just a coat of primer. The sofa had dog hair, which was extremely unhygienic. There were burn marks on the wall and table. The bedroom had exposed plywood furniture — no finish, no laminate, just raw wood. And worst of all, there were spider webs inside the bed design. It was clear the villa was neither clean nor maintained to a livable standard. We told the staff immediately that we couldn’t stay in such conditions. They resisted at first but eventually agreed we could leave and cancel the booking. A refund was discussed and even approved verbally by the property manager at the time. However, despite following up and raising a refund request via MakeMyTrip, nothing has happened in over 10 days. Now, the property manager has blocked my number and is avoiding any contact. This was a complete waste of time, energy, and money. The pictures online are highly misleading, and the service is unacceptable. I strongly advise others to stay away from this listing — not worth the risk.

Unhygienic place bedsheet pillows were having fungus, cockroaches where roaming everywhere, doors where not in condition to lock. swimming pool was not clean Not at all worth
