Villa Arkadas Lonavala

Our stay at the bungalow was very disappointing. The place had a lot of cockroaches, and the cleanliness was far below expectations. The bathroom was just okay, but definitely not up to the mark. Room locks were broken, and there were no pillows provided. Despite calling several times, there was no caretaker available to assist us, and we weren’t even given basic amenities like glasses for whiskey. Overall, it was a bad experience, and I would not recommend it.

I would like to share my experience in went last Saturday and they have the worst worst service ever they have water issue while half of us got stuck in the middle of our shower due to there water issue they ran out of water pool are soo small not like they showed in photos and the food is taste worst no taste nothing worth and the main main issue is the Ac is not working for 2 bedrooms like they have 4 bedrooms and 2 bedrooms ac is not working like seriously we have 13 people and we have to sleep in 2 bedrooms imagine 13 people in 2 bedrooms after paying the whole money for the entire villa such a disgusting experience i would never ever recommend this to anybody and its way to expensive will 0 % of worth and waste of money and lack of expectations
