Tulips Villa

Extremely unprofessional and unethical experience with Tulips Villa. I booked the property weeks in advance for a trip on November 30th. Three weeks before my trip, the owner called to cancel my booking, claiming that the villa was damaged by previous guests and could not be repaired in time. Despite my requests to prioritize repairs, the owner refused. To make matters worse, the same property was relisted the very next day at double the price. Shockingly, they even used the names of "previous guests" to falsely claim they caused the damage, which is a shameless excuse to make more money. This property owner lacks honesty, respect, and basic customer service ethics. Such behavior is unacceptable, and I strongly urge future guests to avoid this property. Big shame on them for treating their customers so poorly!

Worst experience. They are just hungry for money. Very poor service. Cancel your bookings last minute. Inappropriate behaviour They cancel the bookings and then blame the travel agent. The owner told that the villa is under maintenance. And it was available the very next day at a higher price. Which makes it obvious why they did it( i prebooked 3 weeks prior my trip). They are just cheaters.

Tulips Villa is an amazing place for a weekend in lonavala.It is a perfect Villa .The Villa are so spacious and clean. We also enjoyed a delicious buffet spread. Food options were so wide.Also the staff were so friendly and helpful.

Disappointing Experience, Unprofessional Conduct I recently had an extremely unpleasant encounter with this hotel, specifically with the care taker/host. After making a payment and receiving confirmation for a night's stay at the villa, I reached out to the care taker to discuss the details. To my surprise, the care taker asked me to cancel my booking and come directly to the villa, making the payment to him directly. He claimed that the villa was already booked due to technical issues and offered alternative rooms instead. This sudden change in plans and unprofessional conduct left me feeling frustrated and deceived. It is highly unprofessional for a hotel representative to ask guests to cancel their bookings and make direct payments without any valid reason. As a customer, I expect transparency, honesty, and professionalism from hotel staff. Unfortunately, this experience fell far below those expectations. I urge potential guests to exercise caution when considering this hotel, as the lack of professionalism displayed by the care taker raises concerns about the overall management and integrity of the establishment.
