If you ever want to be lost in natures Lap, then this is the perfect place. Manasi is an amazing caretaker and ever ready to cater to every small request! I especially loved the way this bungalow is done up…extremely aesthetic and comforting. While my afternoons were spent lazing on the swing, evenings were spent in the veranda gazing into the lovely sunset. What an experience ❤️

Bonfire was 1500/- which I felt expensive. Food we asked for 9am delivered on 10am one time, but most of the time it was on time. Food price per day per person 2500/- is not that worth, it would be good if it's made as optional. Good and beautiful house and good view.

Nice place. Friendly staff. Manasi Tai was very sweet . Lovely view. We were inconveniencing by wrong address pin being shared which added 1 hr in total to our travel. But received an apology and compensation for it.

We stayed at bungalow 89 in lonavala from 28th to 30th Jul 2023. Our experience with stay vista and Bungalow 89 was very disappointing and stressful. 1. We had an extremely difficult time getting a response from the stay vista booking team contact (Ashutosh) as well as the stay vista villa manager (Parthamesh). 2. No one from the villa management was there at the villa to meet and greet us or brief us about the security requirements of villa at the time of check in or during our entire stay. 3. The website advertises the villa as 4 bhk but the 4th room is of totally different standard and size and is not deemed to be considered as one of the rooms for use of guests. At the most, it can be used as servant or driver accommodation. Just mentioning it has a separate entrance does not disclose the fact that it is a room of a far lower category than the remaining 3. 4. We had a very stressful time during our stay as 2 unknown people/ robbers broke into the villa at 3:45 am and there is no round the clock security at the property gate or CCTV cameras anywhere in the property premises to ensure safety of the guests. 5. Instead of apologising for the unsafe and troublesome experience the villa manager did not even allow an extension of few hours on the day of checkout despite the fact that there was no check in on that day and we had such a bad experience. He was on the other hand rude and blunt. We have been regular and loyal customers of stay vista, but our experience with this villa and team has been far from worse and we would think twice before ever considering holidaying through stay vista again. Please travel and book this property at your own risk.

Fine service provided by the staff! Delicious meals just made our stay even better. Great location, conveniently located with pleasant views of the hills. All the rooms were clean to every corner. It's definitely a value for money homestay. It's a good place if you are looking to have a peaceful time.

Spacious villa, set back from main road with spectacular views from each and every room. Huge balconies to enjoy the scenery, and take pics Property has private access to hill behind it which has a small but beautiful waterfall through it. Amazing place for a short hike along with kids. Enjoy the lush green grass, peaceful waterfall with 0 other people around. We opted for the meals package and it was cooked and brought and then heated and served at the place. Overall decent food, a few items were a bit hit or miss though. However great service and hospitality shown by both the caretaker Manisha and the cook/caterer Santosh 10/10 experience. Will visit again.

We made the reservation via Stay Vista. Our family of six was there for 2 nights weekend stay. Each of the 4 bedroom rooms are spacious. The freshness and cleanliness of the villa are quite similar to the photos posted on the website. I picked this property coz of the view and the rustic theme. To-Dos: Gateway to hike a nearby mountain, pet 2 doggos and 3 kittos, and photography I cannot complete my review without mentioning all the people/ staff who made our stay comfortable. The Chefs, The Caretaker, The Villa Manager Big up yourself!

The fact that we could locate the villa effortlessly itself was a good start to our stay. Loved the barbecue meals. This place is surrounded with lush green views. Caretakers do a great job maintaining the property. They are very helpful and courteous. Would love to visit again!
