Alaya Stays Imperial Serenia | 3 BHK with Pool near Khandala Hills

Stayed here on our weekend getaway to Lonavala. The place is brand new, we stayed in a 3 bhk villa. The rooms were spacious & clean. The property also has a swimming pool. The hospitality and service of the staff was top notch. Staff members Tushar, Avinash and Umesh helped us with all our service requests and made the stay feel special. They even made arrangements for a small pooja for our car on Dussehra day. I only had breakfast so can't comment on food, but you have Swiggy delivery option available. Stay here if you want a calm place and to be pampered with hospitality. Property 5/5 Food 4/5 (had only breakfast) Service 10/10 (exceeded expectations)
