I had the pleasure of staying at this villa last weekend and it was an experience to remember. The location was simply outstanding, nestled in a serene setting that offered tranquility and peace. The villa itself was spotlessly clean and maintained high standards of hygiene, which is always a priority for me. The caretaker, Amit, deserves a special mention for his behavior. He was attentive, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway. I look forward to my next visit!

Ok firstly this is a complete fraud. this villa which is sold as Lugani's - Luxury Villas is actually Princy villa so do not fall in the trap...||No words to describe. This property should be removed from all social platforms. Host is arrogant and useless. Broken furniture, broken doors, cobwebs everywhere. No electricity, the covers were dirty, sofas had holes on them, kitchen was stinking. After we complained, the person came and started cleaning. We were up all night while the caretaker was fast asleep not taking any calls and the host had the audacity to say - You saw the pics of the rooms and booked. Yes we saw the rooms which looked nice and booked only to see the reality.||||One important note: The host sold the villa to 2 different families all because she wanted the money. The 2nd family with kids came and were waiting for more than 2 hours and then finally had to leave to find another place.

We had booked Lugani's Rihanna Villa. It was a big disappointment for us. From the entrance till the terrace, all d furnitures and fixtures were broken, old and seems to be second hand. Except the main door, all d sliding doors attached to balcony were broken. We couldnt lock the sliding doors. Cupboard kept in the room were all full with extra mattresses and linen. Doors were broken. Mirror were broken. Power socket and charging points in the rooms were not given near to beds. There were non working ceiling lights in the rooms just for show. There were tubelights in the rooms. No proper lights in rooms. Only AC seems to be brand new. Coming to the terrace, artificial decoration was all old. Again no proper lights. We hav done the birthday decoration by our own. And the caretaker was never present at the villa. We had to call him and then he will come running at villa from outside. Tv was not working. Pool was clean. This villa needs renovation. Pls dont trust the photos. They were all old pics. We were only 4 people staying in this villa. We thought it must be a luxurious villa so dint hesitate to pay 10,000/- but the condition of the villa was not worth even 5000/- Safety : As the sliding door locks were not working, we did not found it safe because other people can easily enter inside villa. There was no security guard. No.caretakers at villa during night. U hav to take care of urself. Would not recommend it until it gets renovate and upgraded furnitures.

1. **Unresponsive Staff**: The staff was unresponsive and suggested adjusting things rather than fixing them, such as dirty bedsheets and curtains, instead of changing them. 2. **Poor Communication**: There was a lack of clear communication as we were initially promised a villa named Rihanna but were asked to move to a different villa upon arrival, citing issues with the booking application. 3. **Cleanliness Issues**: Despite the significant cost of the stay (₹25,000 per night), cleanliness was a major problem and we were dissatisfied with the condition of the villa. The management's response to these concerns was perceived as rude, and we were asked to leave when raising complaints. Dont waste your money. A big no for this property. Be aware!!

Don't waste your money.. 1: Wifi is not working. 2: Microwave oven is not working. 3: Window lock is not working. 4: No cleanness in room. 5: Villa has rule outdoor music is allowed till 10 pm but no body follow rule. We hear music at 12 am from near villa but nobody there take care of such things.

Worst service do not recommend Book your room at your own risk..they are scammer and cheater..we booked a room after speaking with Tanya (their representative) , she didn't send us any photos of the villa but she said it's a luxurious villa. But when we arrived at the location the villa was not even a standard one.. there was foul smell coming all over the villa.. so we refused to stay in that villa as we had many kids with us.. so she said she will give us another villa which is a small one but in better condition.. when we arrived at the new villa she asked more price for the villa then it's usually price.. She said she is giving us discount but she clearly wasn't.. it's usually price was 14 to 15k but she was asking for 18k after discount.. she thought we dnt have any options.. then when we refused to give so much money.. she said she'll refund our money after we vacate the place immediately.. as soon as we left from the villa.. she refused to give refund.. she is a big cheater and scammer.. pls dnt book here

The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and had all the amenities one could need – including a super comfortable bed and a stunning view.

Thank you for such a great welcome and the food was very tasty and the people there were very sweet and polite, great hospitality.
