1. Food quantity is less and they hesitate to bring more on asking 2. Geasers don't work and and if it rains, hall becomes swimming pool, my friend slipped without sound fell with injuries 3. Don't give them advance beforehand else they will make reasons for not returning it once you leave 4. There is an aunty who comes to clean, she is very rude and do false allegations to get more money from you
