Average type villa. Need maintenance. The location is better if you are looking for a peaceful stay from the city crowd in Lonavala. One villa had one hall, one kitchen, one bathroom on the ground floor and two rooms and two attached bathrooms on the first floor. Kitchen was not at all functional. Bathroom was clean. This is your choice if you are looking for a villa stay within budget. One villa can accommodate almost 10 people.

The location is good but the villa is not serviced properly we stayed here for 2 days and had a very bad experience. There’s no basic amenities like utensils, working kitchen, no towels, no barbecue grill, no WIFI. The Villa is only just a structure they provide and everything else is chargeable to the core. Even drinking water wasn’t free of charge. Worst experience.

We chose this villa for our long weekend getaway with friends and it was a horrific decision. Except for the villa they didn't provide anything that was listed (like barbeque grill, towels, AC, kitchen basics, drinking water, wifi, etc.) And overcharged us for everything. Not even drinking water was free. Upon asking for refund since we didn't wanna stay, the owner refused.

Very bad hosts, the property needs serious renovation. No power back up & load shedding is common here. More than the place very unhappy with the owner, rude people who would shout and show their tantrums when we complained of the issues like power back & other amenities. He was more keen to show how wealthy he was rather help in a situation. Over priced, inconvenient & a simply dirty place to pay for. The pictures shown or shared while booking are no where close to reality. Please refrain, unless you want to waste your time & money. So many better options available at much better prices.

The location is quite good and easily accesible from lonavla town, the construction is good, and there is peace of mind, food is served as cook is available, premises are safe and clean, the charges are affordable.. loved my stay..here..
