StayVista at Maximus Villa in Lonavala | 6 BHK Luxury Villa

The villa boasts six large rooms and ample space, making it suitable for accommodating a large group comfortably. It features a projector, which enhances the entertainment options, but unfortunately, the speaker system is inadequate for the room's size, diminishing the overall experience. The swimming pool has a commendable length; however, the narrow width may limit its usability. Additionally, the tiles surrounding the pool are dangerously slippery, posing a significant risk of accidents, especially after swimming or during the monsoon season. One major drawback is the villa's ventilation, or lack thereof. Cooking smells tend to linger on the ground floor, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. The villa's location is also less than ideal, being situated on a road without any scenic views and within 100-200 meters of a railway track. The noise and visibility of passing trains can be quite disruptive. On a positive note, the culinary experience is excellent, with good cooks (Mr Jabir Ansari) preparing delicious food. The provision of mosquito repellents is appreciated, although the presence of mosquitoes remains a significant issue. The Jacuzzi, while present, is only mediocre in quality. The villa does offer some recreational amenities, including a table tennis table and a pool table, which provided enjoyable entertainment during the stay. In summary, while the villa offers spacious accommodation and good food, several significant drawbacks, including poor ventilation, safety hazards around the pool, lack of scenic views, and noise from nearby trains, detract from the overall experience.

I booked this villa from an event planner named Stay Vista. The property is good and spacious, clean. The service was also good. Their meal prices are very high though! Per person rate goes beyond 2.2k I also had to arrange last minute decoration. The decoration was not even worth 2k with basic ballons and props but they charged me approx 7k for it which was very very bad.

Lovely villa for a large group. nice swimming pool topped it. Location is great, away from the Lonavala traffic. Great food arranged including a lovely barbecue. Highly recommend

The villa was luxury, huge and spacious ..but d caretaker was not at all cooperative ... Villa was not clean too!
