Great stay. Absolutely worth the money. The rooms were clean, well-kept and all facilities work great. Don't miss out on the jacuzzi along with the clean pool and beautiful ambiance. The interiors are beautiful and the campus of this gated community is blissful. Definitely a recommendation for friends and family outings.

At the time of bookings, they said yes to most of the things At the time of bookings or later on they have not informed us for Deposit too and when we checked in, the So Called Care Taker asked for Deposits. Actually they are not providing the proper Care Taker, he is just a cleaning person. They are not Changing the Water from Pool even. The floor of Water Pool was much damaged and it gave injuries to 5 person out of 7 person. We complaints for the same but they asked us to Pay extra amount to change the Water if we want to do the Instant repair of Pool. In one washroom, there is no Water Tap for Basin too (Picture Attached) We stayed in that villa for 2 days and asked for cleaning the villa on 2nd day but no one came to take care of it. The So Called Outside Kitchen/Restaurant (Food Express) is like Garbage store and Not hygenic at All. The Wall of villa is damaged too and was Wet too. (We went there in Mid of April which is summer). The Pictures on the Web are good only. Villa is not good at all, No service, No professionalism. This villa is situated in Tungarli area of Lonavala. This is Last villa of that area or of Lonavala too. So not much good base on location even Even they are not allowing the Re-Entry after 12:01 AM in Night. Really waste of money, time and peace by opting this Villa. Do not go to Kia Villa anytime

Don't book this villa booking personal behavior is very rude when u book villa they promise everything when u reach villa they say our check in time 2pm Villa caretaker very rude vo 5000 deposit late hai but booking ki time aisa kuch bhi nahi batate hai Fir bolege strictly check out time 11 baje agar aapne 10 min bhi late kiya to 1000 cut hoga Villa not maintained Swimming pool small size Care taker is not care taker he only cleaner when u call 2-3 time for claiming he say me bar bar nahi aauga mera yahi Kam hai kya When u check in villa caretaker go home & when u call he say me ghar pr aaya hu 2 hour lagega Overall bed experience & they are cheated people they say any reason & cut amount from security deposit

Don't book this villa whn u book vila they say u come chekin as soon as possible whn we reach they say check in time 2pm & checkout time 11 am if u delay if 10 min bhi then charge 1000 Care taker very rude he say my duty only till 9 pm whn u call he come after 1 hour when u ask he say me tumhare liye hi thodi free hu We call 2 time for clean swiming pool attach bedroom then he say me bar bar nahi aaugaa They tak security deposit 5000 whn u check out they say any reason & cut amt 1000-2000 dont book this villa isse ache villa isse Kam paise me mil jayega Care taker & booking person is very rude & non corpartaive

The villa is not as good as it appears in the pictures. It doesn't meet the standards of a luxury villa and is smaller than it seems. They required a ₹10k deposit (which we negotiated down to ₹5k) in addition to the booking amount. They were not transparent and only mentioned the deposit after I had already paid the booking fee. There is no hospitality. If you order food, they demand instant payment despite having already collected a deposit. The villa had water leakage on the first floor and is poorly maintained. The flooring is almost always moist and uncomfortable. We booked it for ₹7500 for 4 people, which they claimed was lower than the usual rate, but I still don't recommend it for that price. No drinking water or toiletries were provided. I wouldn't recommend this villa. ----- Updated after they replied They are lying just to look good and blaming me. I will answer a few points. - The flooring was moist because it was not taken care of even after having dry legs. - They didn't answer anything about water leakage so they agree that the villa is not well mantained indirectly. - They had not communicated about the deposit until a booking fee was already paid. Overall, you could get better options for ₹7.5k. The villa is cheaply made, and you will feel it not from the photos but by being there. The images are not the reality.

I recently had the displeasure of staying at this Kia Villa that left me utterly disappointed and dissatisfied. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that the hospitality provided was far below par. Initial conversation with the host didn’t go that well, we were reminded that this is a luxury property and what happens in a luxury stay, strange !!! I have never been to any luxury property who are passing such nasty statements without understanding the whole need. Infact we as a customer still tried our level best to understand their short comings There was no warm welcome or any effort made to ensure my comfort during my stay. Care taker was busy in his stuff and didn’t even help to park *Caretaker issues * Usually luxury villas comes with a care taker who can help us in many things, the guy assigned didn’t know anything. He was even charging 50rs per round to heat coal, because there is no gas stove or any other arrangement we were supposed to pay that to him Staff were completely absent, leaving me to navigate the property on my own. When issues or questions arose, there was no one to turn to for assistance. It was incredibly frustrating to be left to my own devices, especially when facing unexpected problems or needing information about the surrounding area. To make matters worse, the caretaker's limited availability and rude behavior added insult to injury. They would leave the villa as early as 7:30 in the evening, leaving us without anyone to cater to our needs for the rest of the night. Their absence, coupled with their disrespectful attitude, created a sense of frustration and helplessness. We finally took help from other’s villa caretaker as ours was not available *Basic amenities * The absence of basic amenities further compounded my disappointment. There was not even a single full mirror available in the villa, making it inconvenient to get ready in the mornings or before heading No bathroom mat meant stepping out of the shower onto a cold, wet floor, posing both discomfort and a safety hazard. *No dustbins and decent toiletries in the bathroom*, they spend money on bathroom interiors but who would like to use a bathroom which has no mirror, no dustbin, no basic toiletries. Body wash was provided just in one bedroom’s bathroom Others were provided soap bricks , isn’t it against basic hygiene? Tap speed was extremely slow No hot water in the jacuzzi attached to pool view room’s bathroom Swimming pool fountain wasn’t working and walls were dirty Chandelier of bathroom was not fully working, only one bulb was on No filter to have good quality of water, one of the biggest concern Care taker was not there to assist for parking as well, we and the other bungalow people figured out . He didn’t even check if we need anything we were told it’s a main location but this was pretty inside and not in the center, there were no facilities available nearby Don’t expect ice in the fridge Neither you have their own person who can handle barbeque nor you have good tie ups where you can direct us , everything was in air. For locations like this, it’s so much imp to have someone to manage this and some basic cooking stuff These oversights demonstrated a lack of attention to detail and guest satisfaction, further detracting from the overall experience.

We booked this villa for one night. The villa is exactly the same as seen in photos.. All rooms are beautifully designed and we liked it so much. Bathroom attached to pool was very beautiful.. Enjoyed in Zacuzi also.. Only pools small waterfall was not working.. Caretaker Mr. Rakesh also very cooperative on our request he fill pool water little higher.. And also when we request to switch on pool water filter at night as we want to do swimming at night, they did it for us. Overall our experience was very luxurious.. Suggestion: Can higher the walls besides pools as other villa people can peek here from their villa..

Overall stay is excellent! Right from the booking to checkout the process was smooth. We have booked for 2 nights here just before Christmas. Villa was exactly same as in picture and we also got few necessary utensils inside the villa which would be more than suffice i believe. Anyways we didn't get time to cook as we mostly ordered via Zomato and just used thier plates and cups. My son enjoyed Jacuzzi a lot. Meanwhile they had a private pool which we weren't able to utilise it completely as the water is too cold to get in. But the pool is spacious and clean! They infact followed up with me on cleaning room after our day1 stay and did the needful for our day2 stay. Recommended for Family!!👍
