We had a wonderful stay at the villa! The property was very well maintained, clean, and comfortable, making it perfect for our trip. The food was excellent—fresh, tasty, and exactly to our liking. The service truly stood out, as the team was not only prompt and attentive but also went out of their way to accommodate some of our last-minute requests. Special mention to Sunny, the runner, and Ritesh, the manager, for being extremely helpful and making sure everything ran smoothly throughout our stay. Their hospitality really made the experience memorable. Highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a relaxing and well-managed getaway!

Our recent stay at the villa was a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience. The property offers a spacious parking area that can easily fit up to 4 cars, which was super convenient for our group. The swimming pool isn’t very large, but it was clean and perfect for a refreshing dip. There’s also a medium-sized turf that’s great for playing both cricket and football – a nice bonus for those looking for some active fun. The villa has six bedrooms, each designed with unique themes and maintained with great care. Every room was neat and clean, making the stay extremely comfortable. The living area is also very well-kept and ideal for relaxing with friends or family. One of the most memorable parts was the indoor pool area, which offers a beautiful view during the rainy season – it truly added a peaceful and scenic touch to our stay. A special mention to the caretaker, who was extremely helpful and attentive, making sure we didn’t face any inconvenience throughout our visit. Overall rating: 9/10. Looking forward to visiting again in the future!

We had a very disheartening experience at villa recently in the last week end.The villa is not maintained at all or at best can be described as very poorly maintained. There were leakages from the ceiling everywhere, especially on the upper floors. The water was continuously pouring from it in the bedroom making it totally unbearable. The gyseres were also not working and we had to be contended with cold water for bathing. where there were leakage, the short circuits were quite common, leading to a dangerous situation. Once we noticed that the whole staff was running in all the rooms and was switching off all the connections. The short circuit may lead to a very dangerous situation, and we were continously staying in this kind of situation.Flushes were also not working and we had to bear the bad smell from bathroom. As far as room services are concerned, there also situation was equally bad. No drinking water was provided, and we had to fill up our own bottles with water and the water cooler was available on the ground floor only. Even towels were not changed any fresh towels were not provided everyday. Overall, we had a very disastrous experience and could not enjoy our holidays. Compared with the price we paid, the services and maintenance were at all not upto the mark.

We did not really enjoy our stay because of poor maintenance. It was particularly sad since many of us had come from different places and were looking forward to spending a worry free weekend together. But the stay was far from worry free ... We had to worry about hot water, bad smell, short circuits, leakage, flush everything. Very disappointed with this ... Specially we the kind of money we had spent on it.

The Villa is offering breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape.The rooms were spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated with game themes & modern amenities! The staff was incredibly polite, kind, and always ready to assist, making us feel truly welcomed.The Villa offers wide range of activities including nature walks, turf, infinity pool & games. The serene & beautiful ambiance, lush surroundings and excellent hospitality made our experience unforgettable.Highly recommend this Villa for a relaxing & enjoyable getaway! Will recommend others to visit atleast once and you will LOVE it! We can’t wait to go back!❤️🥰✨

The property was excellent. My two-day weekend vacation with my family was thoroughly enjoyable. The grounds, swimming pool, and rooms were all satisfactory. I will certainly consider this property for future visits. Hygiene rating: 8/10; Service and Staff: 10/10; Property and Ambiance: 10/10.

Our stay at Genz Villa was nothing short of magical. We were a family of 16, including kids, and from the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The villa is truly a premium property — spacious, beautifully designed, and maintained with great care. What truly made the experience unforgettable was the warmth and hospitality of the staff and our amazing host, Ajaz. Every detail, from the delicious food to the attentive service, was handled perfectly. It felt like every need was anticipated before we even had to ask.
