Nice property and very close to the main market. Best place to visit with friends and family. Budget friendly and have lots of options of food. Overall, my stay at Coocasa was memorable and enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic retreat in Mahabaleshwar.

Rooms are comfortable and good spread of breakfast. Mr. Yash Desai was very nice, kind and approachable. Location wise also, near to market and plenty of space for parking. Good privacy was maintained during the stay.

I recently stayed at this villa with friends, and it was a wonderful experience. The place was lovely, and the location was fantastic, offering both comfort and convenience. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and would definitely recommend it!

We booked villa for 4. The place is awesome....it's got a good vintage vibe..the bon fire and speakers works like a charm. The property manager Yash is very understanding and service is great. Food taste is very good. Keep in mind the closing time of kitchen. Highly recommended. ❤️

I am booked your Coocasa Hotel Container Room No. C-1 at Mahabaleshwar (check-in 30/10/2024 check-out 2/11/2024). This container room is very bad and dirty condition. Some smell is coming in room and water is coming from down in wooden floor and wooden floor is also lot of gaps between the wooden and not good condition (gap between wooden flooring your people put door mate and fill in the gap). I requested your representative Mr. Zimit to change the room on the 2nd day (night) he will change to Container Room No.C-2 that is also the same conditions and no sweeper not come to attend the floor cleaning and outside cleaning. Your representative send pictures in that container room C-1 is looking good condition, when I come over there and I saw the room is very bad conditions. I ask your representative I can pay extra charge, please give me another room, he told not possible you have already booked we can't change. Also attached the photograph in that container room C-1 the same condition is also container room C-2. Please improve otherwise no one can come tin your hotel. Also attached some photograph in your container room No.C-1 the same condition in your C-2 also. The service and the staff were non cooperative and didn't pay any attention to my grievances. The images on the website are completely opposite of what the actual property was. I will never recommend this property to anyone and seeking a complete refund of my booking amount for causing such mental agony and harassment.

It was nice to stay in this resort. Mr. Yash is very well mannered and always ready to help. We are very happy. Our stay was very enjoyable with private pool 👍
