Breeze Villa

Villa is good but small. Bedrooms are very small can only accommodate 2 person without children. Not suitable for kids 2-3 years of age, because there are no playing area for them and no safety for them in terms of construction. If you have children’s you have to been very careful with balcony and swimming pool. We have booked this villa via agent, agent confirmed on call that 4 bedrooms have attached bathrooms. When we visited the villa, we surprised to see that the one bathroom doesn’t have attached bathroom. We talked to agent and caretaker they asked to leave with refund of full payment. After we booked another villa when we asked for refund the owner denied and refused to refund. After one day the owner refund some amount and kept 7000₹. We lost 7000₹ by booking this villa. Owner doesn’t care about guest.

Do not visit with family. Not suitable for family stay. Chef was a thief. Pathetic Service. Arrogant owner. Egoistic tone. Chef/Care taker was a thief. He will ask for extra money and material for cooking. We have booked villa for 4 days but we leave the villa in two days bcz of there service but they didn't refund aur remaining amount. Road was very narrow to reach the villa bcz of which chances of getting car damaged. Very small space to play for children. And the swimming pool was in backyard so we have to continuously watch for our childrens. Railing on first floor's balcony was also not proper. Two Rooms were also very small , can't accommodate family with children. One bedroom was without attached bathroom. The only thing which was good was the location.

We had a wonderful experience at Breeze Villa during our stay there. The property has been maintained well and it is very quaint and calm. Ram Bhaiya who takes care of the property is very pleasant and helpful and took care of all our needs (the food was awesome and we didn’t have to step out for anything). There are plenty of activities that couples/groups can go for including bonfire, relaxing in the lawn, playing a quick game of cricket/basketball/badminton. Highly recommended for someone looking for a quick getaway.

It is one of the most calming and refreshing place that I have been to amongst all others. None other than just the area but the vibes from that specific bungalow is just to another level with the most caring staff and hygiene. Great hospitality along with many other fun leisure activities. A must visit and stay bungalow. Spectacular view!

It was an awesome experience.Humble staff and apt service.The stay was such an wonderful experience absolutely out of the world.The bunglow was equipped with all the facilities we could think of.Its situated in such a heaven like location.Mornings were so refreshing and plenty of things to do in bunglow itself which allows you to be entertained without hustle of market and lake.The cook is amazing.The trip to BREEZE VILLA was REJUVINATING.The rooms are well ventilated and well kept absolutely neat SPICK and SPAN are BATHROOM as I suffer from cleanliness syndrome. We had lots of fun in bunglow itself and also enjoyed hail even without getting wet as lawn is so well covered with spacious Gazebo.

Amazing property located at the Center of mahableshwer. Clean bungalow with a great view and outdoor space. A lot of activities provided by the owner. The cook is also very friendly and makes delicious food. Will definitely recommend to visit!

This is a complete fake property and it doesn't exist. I personally booked through the person who approached me for booking during this diwali. I lost Rs3000 by booking the property but after paying the money, he never picked up the call and when i visited Mahabaleshwar it does not exist.

Clean rooms. Very sweet people. Food was amazing. The lawn is so clean and bright. Must visit breeze villa. Perfect for a weekend getaway
