recently had the pleasure of staying at a magnificent villa with my friends, and I cannot help but share my wonderful experience. Our stay was absolutely fantastic, filled with delightful moments and cherished memories. From the spacious accommodations to the kind-hearted caretakers, every aspect of our time at the villa was truly exceptional. Upon entering the villa, we were immediately impressed by the sheer spaciousness it offered. With a group of 10 people, it can sometimes be a challenge to find a place that can comfortably accommodate everyone. However, this villa surpassed all expectations. The rooms were generously sized and thoughtfully furnished, allowing each of us to have our own private space while still enjoying the communal areas together. One of the highlights of our stay was the villa's overall ambiance. It exuded a warm and inviting atmosphere, making us feel right at home from the moment we stepped in. The tasteful decor, elegant furnishings, and attention to detail in every corner truly added to the overall charm of the place. It was evident that the owners had put considerable effort into creating a cozy and welcoming environment. In conclusion, I cannot recommend this villa enough. It provided us with an unforgettable experience that exceeded our expectations in every way. The spacious accommodations comfortably accommodated our group of 10, while the warm and welcoming ambiance made us feel right at home. The caretakers were incredibly sweet and attentive, adding an extra touch of care to our stay. If you are looking for a memorable and enjoyable retreat, this villa should be at the top of your list. A place to relax peacefully. This property has a very positive vibe to it. I cannot point out any negativity even if I want to. The owners seem to be very nice and humble to talk to. The care takers were very helpful and nice. Cleanliness was top notch. The best part was the bird feeder in the varanda where mostly you will see a flock of ring neck parrots eating from the feeder. Not only parrots but Maina, pigeons, sparrows were also seen enjoying the food provided. Perfect place for a family outing to relax and escape the busy city life within the city. Located in madh island close to Dana Pani beach. The food served was good. You can choose to carry your own raw food and cook in the kitchen or can ask Ajay the caretaker to help you with that. Overall I will soon plan another visit with my family. Absolutely recommended. It's a hidden gem.

Located in the outskirts of Madh Island. We were a group of 7 and Krishna made sure we had a memorable time. Exceptionally good food and service provided by Krishna. Beautifully maintained property! An excellent weekend getaway, everything here felt so perfectly planned and designed. Lush greenery and chirping of birds throughout the day, its quite a sight for nature lovers. Excellent host, delicious food, spacious living room with open and fully equipped kitchen and a spacious bedroom. For food requirements, you can contact the cook in advance who serves fresh home cooked delicious food. The BBQ was organised at our request and it shouldn't be missed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The villa is exactly as shown in pictures. Caretaker and host were both responsive and very helpful. The overall experience gets a 5/5 without a doubt. This place is worth every penny. Thank you Shilpi for giving us memories for a lifetime. We will surely visit again.

The places beautiful. Away from city's traffic and noise. well maintained, well decorated with a lush green lawn, beautiful plants and flowers.... easily accessible from the main road but still very secluded n quite. You'll wake up with sound of birds chirping in the garden. There were like a dozen of parrots. We went there with my dog and was quite comfortable stay. Limited options to order food online but the caretaker can cook for you if you let him know in advance. He's very polite and responsive. The owner Shilpi also was extremely helpful. You don't get a strong mobile coverage here. Exactly what we wanted 😊

Extremely warm and beautiful place. The staff was kind. The house reminds you of a little kitty house we all once wanted. Very well kept and very pet and nature friendly environment.

Indravadan Villa is too good. We had the best experience for our event. Right from the first contact to the visit, caretaker and the place itself. Yes it may seem like another part of the world but that's the charm. A well maintained lawn with so much greenery that it completely calms you. The villa doesn't lack in terms of spacious living. Once can accommodate a good gathering of individuals and still have a gala time. Krishna, the caretaker, was super helpful. He got rickshaws whenever we needed them. A fab place to unwind...

Bird's Nest is more like heaven on earth. Its full.of greenery and secluded as well. We went there for a college reunion and we had the best time in years. The caretaker Krishna was polite, helpful and cheerful. The best part was the cleanliness. The toilets were clean and we were provided with all toiletries. Krishna even marinated the chicken for us and started the barbecue. The chicken was bought by us and the masalas as well. The villa was neat and clean and there were two air conditioners in the hall and one in the bedroom. Pillows, bedsheets and blankets were also provided. The villa has a rustic charm that you will fall in love with. The beach is a few minutes away. Mornings are blissful where you can glimpse several parrots. Its a well maintained property. Thank you for giving us memories for a lifetime. We will surely come again.
