Villa 240

Hi, Hope you remember.. this Sat our Entire group visited. Firstly No hygiene, secondly no manners. To book the place you sent us different pics then the actual property. From entrance door to the last wall of the property was unclean. Highly impossible to use the washroom or the swimming pool. It is very rude and unconvincing to put the blame on your guest that they were drunk and fighting so you could avoid your mistakes. To say the guests are drunk and cover your mistakes is never a solution. Please maintain decency and decorum.

The owner shows something else and gives you something else. The pictures are fake. The approach to the villa (it isn’t even a villa btw) is horrendous. The place is so shady. The so called owner of the so called villa asked for advance and later told that it was refundable security deposit. Later on he denied refunding as we broke a bottle in the pool, as if he won’t be able to use the pool ever again. I had posted a review earlier as well but this cheap guy started calling my friend who had booked the property and started threatening my friend to get the review deleted or else he would leak some pictures of us. This uneducated low life isn’t aware of the fact that he can be sued for such a crime. How can he even have pictures of us ? Where did he get our pictures from ? Who took them ? No staff of his was present at the property, then how ? Instead of using your brain (which you don’t even have) in threatening people, use half of it to maintain your property, maybe then you’ll be able to run the business nicely. LOSER !!

Cool Pool Villa is cool for all the right reasons. The person whom I spoke to was honest with all the policies and rules/regulations, so he won't give you a false hope before you book the place. The villa is fantastic as per the budget, never had to face any issues with AC, I had asked for water, emergency medical aid, I received all these without any ruckus. Definitely a good place to enjoy with your friends, family overnight, and in the end it's about how happy you be to revisit a place, that describes what the place was like and i must say I will be going here back again. ✔️

celebrated my 25 year old sister's bday here and had an very nice time. You can invite as many friends ( if u have) here there's space for them all. Food was also very nice especially 'pepsi' loved it. 👍🏻

Cooperative staff and helpers but the house is old and doesn't give a pleasant feeling. Swimming pool is too small. Thumbs-up for keeping things functional but the experience can be improved.

This villa caused us nothing but trouble. We had booked it for a friend's birthday party. The villa is nothing like the pictures that they show. The wardrobes were broken, the tables were broken, the bedding was dirty and stinking. There was water leakage in the washroom tap. The Jet spray wasn't working as well. When we asked the owner for refund, initially he said if we decide to leave, he will give us a full refund on spot. He thought we were just saying it without the intention of leaving. When we found another villa at the same price and in a much better condition, he refused to pay us the amount back. At that time we were helpless and at the lack of funds. We had to continue our stay. When we requested for a partial refund, he agreed he would pay some amount the next morning but he didn't do that as well. Coming to the kitchen, everything was stinking, yellow and unclean. Starting from the plates to the spoons to the glasses. Even their water filter was defective. We have booked several villas in Royal Palms like the Woodstock villa and Shetty's villa and in both of them we had great experiences. This was a very very bad villa. UNLESS THEY DO MAJOR CHANGES TO THIS PLACE, I STRICTLY ADVISE AGAINST VISITING IT.

I wanted to be at a nice, quite and chill place with my girls post work. Came across villa 240 and this was probably one of the best places I've stayed at. The pool ofcourse is the highlight but the rooms are comfortable and the property is damn beautiful. Five stars to the owners for the amazing ambience and the absolutely amazing vibe they have maintained.

Villa is okay. Suitable for boys outing. Not maintained. Location is the worst. Potholes everywhere and the potholes are big.
