Mumbai Villas

Worst villa I've ever visited. The swimming pool is full of insects and dust. No proper facilities in bathroom and toilet. The staff there was also rude and helpless. A big no to choose. A worst property with no maintenance and service. I would never ever recommend this to anyone.

Plz read carefully if u r going to visit this Villa (biggest fraud with your deposit amount)Royal palm villa (105 ) Broker name is sujit Deshmukh He's very smart and duping personality person he will ask u to pay deposit amount which will be around 5k to 6k as per person how many people are in the group we were 10 people he asked to pay deposit amount 5k we paid, entire day we spended he called us midnight Around 1:30Am and started conversation with politely he send 2k and  said I'm trying to refund your deposit amount but my limit is exceed I can't do left money I'll send u tomorrow by evening around 4 pm then it didn't click in or mind he's trying to do fraud with us we said okk. But one of my friends had faced this situation he got instant my friend understood us he's trying to do fraud then we called him and asking for remaining amount he's tone starting change whatever u want to do as per your status do but I can't pay, we said we will not do check out until having received our deposit amount, then we will left. And cut the phone in the morning care taker came checked everything is proper we spoke to owner he directly denied I'll not involve in this matter u know and broker know after all we lodge an FIR then police came after that he return or deposit broker has done with many people before we didn't read review and directly visited that was our fault...

The experience is very terrible and I will never go to Royal Palms ever again. We booked the villa 309 through Sujit Deshmukh one month in advance. 2 days before the booking date he said the villa is unavailable and he will upgrade it to another villa and asked us to pay extra. That booked place was horrible and not maintained at all. Half the lights, fans, latches were not working. Clogged basins and washrooms. Stinky smell and no kitchen facilities. He promised us barbecue for free but once we reached the location he stopped responding and when we complained about the issues of villa, he said we can vacate it on the spot. He stopped responding post that and did not even provide a barbecue. He was rude and irresponsible and have no sense of looking after a customer or a villa. Even the care takers were not available half the time. This is the worst experience ever. I would not recommend Mumbai villas to anyone. Sujit is the worst person to get booking done from

One of the worst experience in my life. Very bad condition of villa, with lots of problems. The villa is not same as they share pictures. Also u cannot complain or get any help over there because Sujit Deshmukh is the booking guy he once receives full payment he will not receive your call after that. U don't get any service or any facilities over there. They promise everything but ditch afterwards. I cannot say it's third class villa it's more worst than that.

Thank you for the Mumbaivillas excellent service during our stay. We had a great time and highly appreciated the arrangements made by your team. We will definitely recommend this great place to our friends and family. Looking forward to be back for our next gathering. Cheers!!

One of the best party place for private gathering, neat and clean pool, spacious and all the amnesties at one call, .. must try if u looking for parties, Best location in Mumbai in western suburbs Party, anniversary Birthday party wedding shoot Pre-wedding shoot

Horrible experience.. No facilities provided not even trash bins or bags.. Kept promising to provide drinking water but did not turn up. Swimming pool there were no steps or ladder to climb in or out. I wish there was anything like -ve stars i could rate

In Mumbai I could find a place to be in between nature. Fog mountain a very beautiful villa with all the required things.. A clean swimming pool.. Awesome place to be.. Thank you Shoheb Sir for providing everything on time.. I had a great family weekend..
