Beautiful property, well equipped - perfect for a weekend getaway with family and friends. Features a well maintained pool, hammocks for lounging, and a courtyard where we spent most of our time. The ambience was second only to the hospitality of Sunil and his crew who made us some amazing meals - veg and non-veg. As someone who has stayed in accommodations around the world, Aday Villa is up there with the best.

This is lovely property. Very close to Nashik. We were 15 people who stayed here. We thoroughly enjoyed here. Rooms were cosy and easily accomodated all of us. The food was delicious. Swimming Pool was clean and we had great time swimming. Host and entire staff are cooperative . There were hammocks to relax. One can play cricket there as well since they have turf. We didn't get time to play. But we will definitely go there next time. Highly recommend for families to spend quality time in this property. Gangapur dam and boating is also close by from this property.

Advay villa is a beautiful little gem ideal for a 2-day getaway with friends / family. Very accessible yet far from the bustle of city life, this is a thoughtfully envisaged and scruplously maintained property. A well maintained good-sized swimming pool, box cricket, hammocks, lawns and greenery all combine to create a relaxed atmosphere while keeping boredom away. The cook / caretaker, Sunil is very efficient and the food he cooked was incredible. A big thumbs-up to the Phalkes!

Advay villa is a great place for a weekend unwind. We had college reunion at Advay. It has everything one needs for a perfect vacation. Very cooperative and helpful staff. Food served was very delicious Frankly it's rare to get this food quality where u don't have running restaurant. Everything is clean neat and spacious. It's perfect for a calm and peaceful stay. Recently we experienced an ultimate getaway in this spacious and serene villa which is ideal for quality time with loved ones. Has a sparkling swimming pool for fun and relaxation A unique box arena provided space for playful games, cricket n football. The cook served delicious home cooked meals with love. The villa has 3 large bedrooms, a cozy TV room, and a separate dining room for family gatherings. Loved this place. The whole property was well maintained and surrounded by greenery, which made it really peaceful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The pool is of a decent size, perfect for a relaxing swim. The turf is also well maintained and big enough for 7-8 people to play together, which was a nice bonus. Food was freshly prepared and tasted amazing. The cook and caretaker were very polite and always helped with a smile. The owners were also very kind and welcoming. Overall, a solid 10/10 experience for us. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely place, both the outdoors and indoors. Swam in the pool, relaxed on the hammocks and sat in the porch with friends for a long time. Food and service awesome. Bedrooms Big with additional sofa cum beds in every room. All in all a 5 star experience.

Had the opportunity to stay here with my extended family from 1 night . We were welcomed in the afternoon with a glass of refreshing sharbat and then had delicious lunch . The property is excellent,rooms are spacious ,swimming pool is so welcoming that my ninety years old dad also couldnot resist the temptation of swimming . The staff is very cooperative and helps you all the time with asmiling face . Home made delicious food was the cherry on the cake . Thanks to Phalkes for such a wonderful weekend outing .
