Shubrup Mountview Villa

Service - i would rate in negative. Rooms - not maintained, bathrooms has water dripping, dirty. Location was good. That's the only positive point. Rest all negative. And much much below average. The caretaker - Rupesh, was only demanding money. Lot of power cut. A tiny small tv in the living room. No facilty to make tea or anything in the kitchen. Cutlery poor, broken n not enough. No arrangement for heating food . Outside area poorly maintained. Dirty. No proper garbage disposal. Dogs threw all garbage around the enrire house. Had to call repeatedly to clean the utensils. No one came on the 1st day. We had to go to a tapri to have tea. Breakfast was in the package but not given even after repeated requests to caretaker. 2 nights stay was booked. But got only 1 day bfast. Pathetic service. But we were charged for 2 nights with bfast. DONAMBARI PEOPLE. Athough booking mentioned no advance money to be paid at the booking.com app. But we called up, the caretaker insisted for Advance money or else he will cancel booking. Overall a very poor experience. will not recommend to any one. This kind of property should be de-listed from all the portals.
