Aditya Villa - A Valley View 3BHK Villa in Mahableshwar

The host didn't specify all the charges, and charged unreasonable prices. All the prices should've been specified beforehand. on the last day we were informed that using the kitchen has its own charge of Rupees 1000 per day, which is already an outrageous price. They had started from rupees 3000 but we had to negotiate our way down to 1000. The kitchen didn't even have any other amenities other than 1 stove & 2 glasses.

PLEASE DO NOT CHOOSE THIS PROPERTY IN PANCHGANI. Never ever stay in this property in Panchgani. When you go to some place . You always think about having a good experience. Choosing this property turned into a nightmare for us . At first , the roads to this property is not at all ready and we were lucky enough that our car survived the nasty off-roading. Secondly , when you see the property . Its under construction as the owner thought of putting a swimming pool next to the living room . The full house was covered with dust particles. Thirdly , at night you will have visitors from the green forest just like we had one 14 inch centipede. It got stuck in a bedroom behind the bed and could not get out . Hence , a full bedroom was dedicated to that beautiful creature . The worst part was we had a baby and we had to go though this difficulties for a one day trip . We could not even order some thing from market through swiggy as the location is not serviceable. PLEASE DO NOT CHOOSE THIS PROPERTY.

The roads are unpaved. The rooms were good enough, but late at night we found a roughly 20 cm centipede in the room. The same room where a baby was sleeping. The house under-construction Would never recommend.

The Villa is very large, neat and clean. Best place to accommodate in panchgani surrounded with nature, valleys and lakes. The service and owner is upto its mark. Owner is cool, calm and ready to serve at his best. Villa can serve a group of 7-8 people with Maximum available space. Nice experience!

We stay 2 days at this villa it was so awasome time spent ...villa owner are very helpfull ... taste poha,upma,awesome from fish fry done by owner .... family time spent with them . atmosphere is very good,net and clean bed . bathroom everything

It's was really a good experience, Care taker is very good and helped us a lot while out stay.property was clean and quite specious. I will recommend this place!

The road leading to the villa is in a horrible state and apart from tractors and SUVs, nothing is accessible
