It is a wonderful villa and a must stay place in Panchgani. Especially if you have a pet. The caretaker cooks amazing food, the rooms are always kept clean and the villa is enclosed to be able to leave my dog leash free. |The staff on the property is polite, cooperative and takes very good care of the guests. |The location is also amazing. It is less than 5 minutes from table land, city market and other tourist attractions in Panchgani.|All in all, an absolutely unforgettable stay.

Nicely maintained property. The most promising part is the location. A group of 8 to 10 persons can easily stay at this place. They also have a fully functional kitchen with cutlery although you will have to bring all the cooking ingredients with you. Overall it was good experience.

We had very good experience at this villa. It is close to the market but need to have a vehicle. It has a good view from first floor balcony. Sunrise is a wonderful view from balcony. Cozy place. Ramesh caretaker is very helpful. They can arrange barbeque on advance notice. Ramesh provided very good cooked food. We had a pet dog who thoroughly enjoyed it.

Wow amazing experience, really want to thank Amol for arranging everything. My family is really happy with the amenities provided in the Villa. We loved the wonderful set up, Near by Panchgani Market. All things are so clean and nicely setup we never felt to be concerned for cleanliness. Ramesh Caretaker also stays near by the property and always ready for help for stuffs needed. I sugest one should plan their trip with family and have a wonderful experience like we got! Thanks for making our trip remarkable. :)

This is our second visit in six months and everything is still as amazing as it was during our first stays. Absolutely delighted to be back and to interact with all the team here, it’s like coming back to our second home. The BBQ was outstanding , Amazing place and Fantastic View , We look forward to hopefully returning again very soon! Thanx to Mr . Pranit & Mr Amol to Gave us Very Good Experience .

I'll start off by making a humble request, that please don't fall for the 4.4 rating which you see on Google for this place. While the place is pretty ok kind, surely not the one to stay for a vacation specially in a place like Panchgani. We felt totally cheated by the owner, who made us fake promises that he would offer us a villa with a mountain view and an in-built garden, wherein reality, all we could witness was the sight of an under construction building in the neighborhood. Refer to the photos for the reality of this place. Surely the mountain can be seen miles away with a lot of obstruction, if that's what is known as Mountain view, than the management really needs some real lesson of English language and more than that rightful professional ethics, instead of cheating people. I am not only sure but certain, that no one would be willing to travel 250+kms to feel trapped in a box of 4 walls, sink in polluted air from the construction area along with the unpleasant noise. Moreover, the rooms are pretty ok, nothing fancy at all. There's barely any space to even park your vehicle. TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT, PLEASE SKIP THIS PLACE BY ALL MEANS.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast is great and well worth. Value for money- I would like to recommend and choose this hotel.

Amazing place, Fantastic View! The environment is very Welcoming. Staff is well trained and Courteous. One of the best place. Worth visiting!!!
